I hate to be this person but I got two wake-up wraps and they were completely black from the oven not being cleaned. I’m no baby a few black dots doesn’t hurt, but it’s clear this restaurant is dirty. How can items be so covered in oven particles when the ovens are suppose to be cleaned daily?

Staff here has no idea what they’re doing. I ordered a $6 meal deal and 2 wraps. They put in 2 sandwiches and when I got to the window I asked why it was $17. At no point did I say the word croissant. They tried to make me take the 2 sandwiches that I didn’t want or order. And when I said no I want what I ordered they basically ignored me and just tried to force me to take them. I ended up having to go inside and get my refund. And all of my food.

Absolutely the worst service ever stood there for 20 minutes for 2 small coffees had to leave after ordering because I couldn’t wait any longer after being ignored

Asked for extra strawberry syrup in my refresher, they charged me $0.50 more for it. I barely got any syrup. All refreshers have too much green tea

Waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order. 5 people working and they’re not even addressing the line in the lobby. I see a Keurig in my future.
Parking: Employees park their cars in the spots in front of the store.
This place was great! New to Bridgewater and have been looking for a new primary Dunks, and this is easily the one. The staff were all so friendly and so prompt and hardworking, and the food and coffee was great! Would recommend :)
