There are signs all over the store advertising their mobile ordering process, but this location has absolutely no idea how to use the system. I've tried ordering mobile 3 times and it's been a problem every time.

Morgan should not be left by herself. She is easily overwhelmed and cannot follow direction. Whenever I come around 3/4pm, they cant make lattes either because of the espresso machine is “broken”, other times it’s “cleaning”. Also, why are appliances like toasters done for the night multiple hours before closing? More times than not when I come here either the espresso machine or toaster is down. I can never get a bagel or latte from here without some issue.

Stopped at Honey Dew to buy some donuts. My 95-year old mother needed to use the restroom. We were told "We don't have one," which we all know is is a flat out lie. Thanks for taking care of customers and caring about elderly patrons. Done with Honey Dew Donuts. Lost my family's business. Twenty-year olds don't get it.

Drive thru a new thing since the last time I was there. It moves pretty well but kind of awkwardly placed. Was SO disappointed that their coffee rolls were the size of a donut! It was good but not worth the price in my opinion. The only Honey Dew I know of that has big coffee rolls, like they used to be, is the on on138 in Raynham.

Awful location. Sat at the speaker for about two or three minutes saying hello into it. Figured maybe they closed early or something. Drove by the window, all the employees were standing around talking. Not to mention it looks like they were laughing up at me when I was leaving. Lost my service!!!

Was in drive thru, 5 cars were ahead of us and we waited 25 minutes. Food was better than average in drive thru standards, but the amount of time it took to get our food was not acceptable of course.
Service was good but coffee tasted weak and donut selection was sparse
