Tri Town Gas Station

Got gas and didn’t pump 20 of it, says the refunded it but 7 days later no pending refund, my bank has no record of the refund and there refusing to do anything about it, go anywhere else for gas.

Didn't make it in to get anything but it's your pull in and gas up type of station. Pay at the pump and be on your way. Designated lanes for each direction which some people follow. My pump was out of paper for the receipt though.

Stopped here to get gas and use the bathroom on my way home from an ultrasound after they make you chug 72 oz of water. Went in and asked where the bathroom was. The lady very rudely told me there are no public restrooms. I said my husband is outside paying for gas, and I’m planning to get something at honeydew. She repeated no public restrooms.

Fun fact, this is terribly illegal since you have seating for food and beverages, in MA you’re required to have restrooms if you have any combination of food and seating.

Will absolutely be following up with the board of health.

Why cant they have the machine print out the receipt?

Worst service I’ve ever had at a a gas station walked in trying to buy $100 plus of nicotine products and the nasty lady behind the counter told the guy grabbing my stuff to stop getting what I wanted had the people behind me cut me in line than refused my money for literally no reason I wasn’t rude or anything. I live down the st and will never give these people buisness again. In case the manager cares this happened Feb 14th just after 10am I’m the short guy in a white hoodie with a beard in case he wants to check my story out from any camera in the store. FYI store owner got back to me and thinks she’s doing a great job.big surprise family buisness so this lady has a license to treat people like garbage gross ? . Guy says don’t come back duh I won’t my family won’t and most likely my neighbors none of this is a lie unbelievable. I just went down the road and they actually got what I wanted and I paid them pretty simple for most people with a brain. Like I want to go to a store to be treated like that not to mention the waste of my time.

They use card cloners and will scam you, and charge you monthly. They prey on the younger. Terrible service.

So rude. Tried to call them to tell them the car wash # is listed as the gas station and the woman on the phone was so dismissive and hung up on me. Will use ferries for my gas at least John isn't rude to customers.

Rude employees/owners. Always on phone. Dirty store with the focus being pipes and other pot gadgets

Expensive in the store! Gas prices are pretty good and debit is same price as cash which is pretty cool. Local businesses trucks always full up the lot then will clog up gas pumps and aren't even getting gas! The honey dew is slow! Especially after the early morning, that's probably why!
