I’ve lived in EB for 10 years, never had an issue. The last 3 orders I’ve placed, they have forgotten part of our order. When I have called, they have been dismissive and semi rude about it. It’s been an hour and a half now and I’m still waiting on the rest of my order. When I called They said the original driver still had them and will be here .. I don’t want cold food now but thank you. They offered to make fresh food , I said yes Please and they hung up on me. At this point I already Ate my original order 2 hours ago. Again, this is the 3rd time in a row something like that has happened. They either forget part of the order or sent something completely wrong. Sad to see this place gone down the hill so much. Won’t be giving them another chance after this.

Small pizza place in the small town of East Bridgewater. They have been one of the best pizza places in the town. You can get slices of pizza or a whole pizza. Subs are good too.I recommend them .

Ordered this on 6/7/2024 for lunch and when I called to ask why the calzone was burnt and hard a rock, the owner yelled to the person taking the call "Tell them if they want another one, I can remake but it will look exactly like the first one they got". I order from Viking all the time and very disappointed in the owners response. Don't think I will be going to Viking any more.

Where did lunch over the phone employee didn't listen to the order made the food incorrectly which in turn I had to go back after picking it up burning my time for food. Employee when I called to tell them they made it incorrectly had nothing but a negative attitude and didn't care that they made the sandwich incorrectly. No refund issued or replacement
