Caroline was awful!!! I sat for about a half hour never extended a hello, nothing !!! I felt bad for Jill because she was running around making sure all of the guests were taking care of!!! Caroline was useless!!!

I'm giving Friendly's in East Longmeadow one star because Yelp is asking, but they don't deserve it!!! On 1/26 our party of nine went to celebrate my grand daughter's birthday. 99 is her favorite restaurant. I'm disappointed because our prior visits were always great! Not sure if there was a miscommunication between the host and our server, but we waited over half an hour for our server to come to the table, not identify himself, and ask for our drinks. We told him and in the process as we were excited to celebrate, mentioned our grand daughter's birthday. No Happy Birthday was said, just "oh she'll get a free dessert." Over half an hour wait for our drinks to be served. Our server came back with the drinks minus two because he forgot what they were. We then ordered our food. We stayed because our grand daughter was set on dinner here. Close to an hour wait for our food! Our server disappeared after he brought the two drinks he forgot. No manager came to our table to say hey we're sorry, running behind, nothing! An older couple were sat near us. They waited like 15 minutes and no service, so the lady got up went to the host, and they were sat on the opposite side of the restaurant, The female server there was on her grind! We got up after two hours to pay for the drinks and leave. This was when the female manager came out with the server saying are you sure? Your food is ready! We said thanks but no thanks! My poor grand daughter as well as us all were disappointed!!! But shout out to Friendly's down the road!!! They saved the birthday dinner!!! Friendly's in East Longmeadow got my 5 STARS!!!

I visited this location on 11/11/23 with my parents and grandson, they were having a bake sale fundraiser that all employees made! The Staff were friendly from the moment we walked through the door and although they were extremely busy we only waited about 20 minutes to be seated, the food was good and it arrived at our table fairly fast. We had been traveling for hours when decided to stop for dinner and we truly appreciate the amazing service we received! Lately people have forgotten what kindness and customer service is! Management should be happy to hear this location hasn't forgotten that!
