Chipotle Mexican Grill

I placed a order online for pickup and sense they were all in a rush to go home my order was 100% wrong I ordered chicken and got steak for 1 then I asked for the side the only thing I got was a little lettuce and a teaspoon of sour cream on all 4 of my items unbelievable I can get way more at mcdonalds I am very disappointed 😞
Needless to say I had to order pizza to satisfy me for the night

I haven’t personally ate here but I am a door dasher and not one time that I have walked into this location have my orders ever been ready. The staff ignore you after looking over at you. One time I had to pickup an order just for an employee to tell me some other dasher took the order and confirmed it which means the employee didn’t even look at the dasher’s screen when confirming. There are always long lines filled with the local upperclass brat teens of the town. So look forward to slow times, inattentive staff, management gone missing in the back with a line out the door, and a messy dining space.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in East Longmeadow was busy but the service that night was excellent. There was no rushing as I decided picking out the extras which enhanced my meal even checking out was a pleasure. My new place

In utter shock at how outrageously unprofessional and fraudulent this Chipotle location is.

I ordered on Doordash and I received the complete wrong order because Chipotle put someone else’s order in my bag with my receipt.

Regarding the quality issues, the bowl is half filled. It contains 90% soggy and congealed rice (literally in clumps), 10 pieces of lettuce, 10-12 small pieces of meat. Completely unacceptable and embarrassing how a business could not care less about the quality of their food and cheats out their customers.

I requested a refund on Doordash for this and couldn’t even receive one.

I am actually disgusted. Do not come here.

Epic fail. Every time i come they are running out of things. Currently out of chicken, May have it jn 15 mins. Line out the door. 6pm dinner time. Who is in charge of this place????

If you like Mexican food, you should probably go here. Personally, I don't like Mexican food, so it was only natural I didn't really enjoy it. The staff were kind and patient, so I appreciate that. There's plenty of parking, too

Walked in and Mimi took our order. She was professional, knowledgeable (gluten allergy), quick and throughly hospitable.
Definitely 5 start service and will go back again.

Gave me portions of a 4 year old kid. No water chips cups either
