This place is in need of some dedicated staff. There are some who are very good, but there are others who could use some extra training in the listening realm. Sometimes a hot coffee will be ordered for me and I end up with an iced coffee instead somehow. I will say that their serving time is pretty decent though.

Place is dirty, staff comes late. Employees on cell phones, staff is rude. Management doesn't care about how the store looks and Management is not friendly at all. They are losing customers to Starbucks in town. Corporate needs to step in to correct problems.

This store has some sanitary issues! Look at the worker on the photo using his phone while working on top of the cutting board where they put the food! Aside from being rude to customers and swearing at the back of the counter he didn’t wash his hands after counting a bunch of tip money from the jar. I’m posting this so all your customers are aware as well as the owner of the establishment that you will likely lose a lot of customers if you keep it this way. I think you guys can do better just pick the right employees.

This Dunkin Donuts location is an absolute disgrace. Workers are rude, pretty much incompetent, on their phones while taking orders. It took us 20 minutes just to get two hot coffees and the line was building up after us with no orders being taken. I will happily drive the extra 5 minutes to the one in Springfield. Do better

Should have known better than to order here. My office placed a mobile order for 3 coffees and a sandwich, and all 3 coffees were made incorrectly and the sandwich was inedible.
Save your money and go somewhere else.
