Great chicken parm meal & very large portion. I just didn't like the house sauce & they put too much on the chicken patties. Also I bought the chicken parm grinder & that was mostly bread, hardly any chicken on the the grinder. I love the pizza though, I give it 5 stars.

Horrible food. Ordered pasta with meat sauce via grubhub and got a pound of dry, dry pasta with less than 1/4 cup of sauce. Worst meal ever. Will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointed.

I ordered Chicken Franchaise, pasta with red sauce, salad and bread for nine people, with the chicken and pasta being gluten free. I wanted the meals in trays as opposed to individually packaged dinners. I received a small tray each of the chicken, pasta, and salad, a whole loaf of sliced Italian bread (non GF), sliced, and butter and salad dressing on the side. We ate it within a half hour of picking it up as recommended. The food was delicious, and there was plenty of it! The staff was very accommodating, and the price was so much better than if I had ordered individual dinners. I just couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Fazio’s!

I have been eating at Fazio's for years now, and the food and service has been consistently amazing. I love the soups, grinders, pasta dishes, etc, and I especially love the PIZZA! It is honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I would highly recommend Fazio's to anyone looking for a consistently delicious meal! ??
Met a friend for dinner, East Longmeadow isn't in my normal circle.Food was good: I got lasagna, friend got Tortellini Alfredo. Portions were enough that we each had lunch the next day! A neighboring table had the chicken parm, that would be my pick if there was a next time!Price was fair; two entrees and a soda came to $50 (no app or dessert). If it wasn't 35-40 mins away I'm certain I would go more often.

These guys are great. I screwed up and bought a gift card via the website. Turns out there is restaurant with the same name in South Carolina where I was trying to get the gift card. Aldo Fazio immediately refunded the money to Paypal and was very nice about it. I'll bet the pizza is great, too.
