Place is a dumpster fire. No one is actually running this place, despite the long term “manager”. You will be sure to be ignored from the time you walk in the door. 4PM not a single customer in the building besides us 2… seated. Only server doing something on a computer. Person who sat us is also the cook. Manager on the phone walking around the restaurant complaining loudly about some 3 deliveries she got. Not one person acknowledged us. Not enough staff but the cook was able to help all the door dash and to go orders. The sad thing is, this store will be closing soon. It’s only a matter of time. Empty parking lot, always looks closed and for YEARS now- deal with the same issue we did today. This store in particular has the ability to be a profitable store but it is run so incredibly poorly by people who don’t care. I will end this with the fact that the cook and manager laughed when they saw us leaving today. No “I’m so sorry, we will be right with you” no apology, no “there’s a little wait but we will be right there”. Just simply annoyance that we were there to begin with. It was busy, even at 2PM, but I spent far too much time looking at the table in front of me that wasn't cleared. The food was not good. The fries seemed like they were from the bottom of the bag, and the lettuce on the BLT was limp. They've really gone downhill!

I ordered a doordash order for a captins dish and was sad to open it and find they did not put my sauce with the order. the food was good but i wish they included the sauce i payed for.

I ordered food online and my account was charged for the amount. When I went to pick it up a woman, seemingly the manager, yelled at me that they were closed and had not taken any orders even though the website read they were open and allowed me to place and order and pay for it. I called the next day for a refund and the phone rang with no response. I want a refund.

This Friendly's is just not good. I've been here maybe 5 times out of sheer convenience, and its worth going further to just about anywhere else. The food takes forever, and its cold by the time it gets to you. The staff and wearing literally whatever they feel like, the place is a mess, and the floors alone are just disgusting.
Just not a good place to eat or even get take out from.

10/23/24, 6:30pm. The waitress with long brown and blonde hair. I went to the restaurant, and the waitress spilled the bag with the food on the table. She didn't bring me napkins, or cutlery, or water. I told her that we would be eating there and she brought the food to go. She didn't bring the baby's chair either. I had to ask her if I could order and ask for the menu. In the end, she didn't even want to bring the check. She sent another person. and treated us terribly. Also, my baby was asking for water, and another waitress came to give him the water.

Once a week I get a large pineapple Sunday with vanilla ice cream and they make it amazing every single time. You've got to get the whipped cream and cherry though!
