Stayed open close to closing hours for all their customers which was very nice. Takes some time for the sandwiches to be made but that's the nature of the beast for preparing fresh food.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, but it's a deli line so not much for a kid to do.Wheelchair accessibility: I do not feel that they had an accessible entrance.

Was my favorite sandwich shop growing up but man has it gone downhill. A 1/2 Vienna was a massive sandwich I couldn't hope to finish in one sitting. I alway got the Italian panino stuffed with goodies. Every month when I visit home I stop in. Still tastes great but this thing is pathetically small. I finished it and was still hungry. Sadly, I think I'm over it. Shelburne Falls now has bigger sandwiches for cheaper. #bringbacktherealvienna

I went with a $50.00 gift card. I bought appetizers. When I went to pay for my over 100.00.bill. I was fine because of gift card. At register they try card and said machine is down for gift gift card, It will take my credit or debit card. Ugg. It Christmas time Don't have extra money. Very disappointed. Maybe they could of taken 10 percent off bill. Nothing. Should of left order. But I didn't. Just disappointed and wanted to share

We get sandwiches here every week and they are always packed with fillings, the bread is delicious, and our order is always ready when they say it will be. We also pick up cookies and brownies and they are yummy! There’s a full deli counter with prepared salads and entrees and the service at the counter is efficient and the workers are all very friendly.
