Went here for lunch just to try something new usually go to wong wok I spent $20 with a $5 tip got the pork fried rice with chicken wings boneless ribs and a small lo-mein food was terrible ribs too salty and the rice was bland pork in the rice looked as if it was old lo mein was meh and the wings not so good on top the server or owner was not welcoming I get this a lot from all these Chinese food establishments they’ll take your money but look on their faces and attitude says it all I’m done with Chinese.

Second visit- 1st visit pretty good! Second visit terrible! We visited a few weeks ago and it was ok! We returned tonight, and it was awful! We threw the meal away! It was like a different restaurant!
Jack Chen Chinese Restaurant is a gem! ? The food is always fresh and delicious, and their delivery is lightning fast. I can't get enough of their mouthwatering dishes. Highly recommend!

I've been going to jack Chen's for about 3 years now and it's been decent. This year and as recent as last nite, it isn't good anymore.Food is overcooked and dry, my God, Chicken fingers are a sorry excuse, What a waste of my money And not to mention a rude owner to boot ?

I decided to order from this place just to test it out considering its right in the middle of town and pretty convenient. I ordered ONE thing from them at around 5-ish on a Sunday night through an online order. When I went to pick up my order I walked up to the counter and the closet woman (who I now assume to be the owner) was turned around talking to a chef right in front of her. They both seemed to acknowledge someone was at the counter but neither of them turned around to help me and continued their conversation. I had to wait at least 3 minutes before the owner whipped around. Even then she didn’t greet me with a hello or are you picking up? Just stared at me. My order was ready though (as it should be considering it was just one small item). I chalked that whole event up to a busy or stressful night, i get working in a restaurant is tiring so whatever…Flash forwards a week later and I decide to give them another chance. I order another SMALL ITEM online and it says about 20ish minutes, cool. I pull up to the restaurant and the parking lot is baren, no one there. I walk inside and the same lady from before is walking around in the front of the kitchen, clearly seeing me come in. I walk up to the counter and say “hey im picking up an order”. THIS LADY FULL ON WALKS PAST ME AND THROWS SOME FOOD IN THE FRYER. No gloves no hairnet nothing. I repeat myself again. Im picking up just one thing. She turns around and slams my food on the farthest end of the counter and throws a pen and half the receipt in my face saying “sign” and walks away. No hello or anything.Clearly something is up with the people working here so if you want a rude atmosphere + mid Chinese food, this is the place! Never giving them my money again!
