Lack of professionalism, poor attitudes from the owner. Poor customer service skills. Lack of care and commitment to her customers.

Drink was good but the attitude was not. The workers were really not helpful. Never been there before , we asked the workers some questions (as the menu is vague and does not give descriptions of certain flavors) and the workers didn’t want to answer our questions. We walked in respectfully and didn’t have the same respect back. Both of the two women were really rude and acted like we were nuisances to them just becuase we were younger. They rushed us for our orders and ignored us at some points. I’m giving 2 stars , I think Murphys needs to work on their customer service and how they respond to people.

Best teas and shakes in town !!

I come in at least once a week for my weekly “treat.” Absolutely love it here and I’m always excited to try something new. Staff is so kind and knowledgeable.

Sudden policy changes that the staff cannot properly articulate. That’s a poor management hallmark.

I love it here! The service is amazing as well as the owner. She has such a positive peaceful vibe and it made me feel comfortable! I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go here.

I have been to Murphy’s nutrition numerous of times always enjoyed my experience but yesterday I went there and I had to say I had the least welcomed experience I have ever had any nutrition club. “ New Owner “ The new owners were very unfriendly, Unknowledgeable of their drinks and products and both the shake & drink were poorly made! May I add I am an avid herbal life nutrition lover been to many clubs but l care not to spend $ $10 on a water down T or a water down shake! And the bougie attitudes can go!

Lady was very rude when I came in this morning. Mind you I've never been to the location and really wanted to try something. The lady paid no attention to me at all had her back towards me the whole time while having a loud conversation with another customer. That customer leaves she still ignoring me gets a call and just starts to take another order with me standing there. Completely unprofessional. Definitely not worth trying with how rude this location can be.

I go 5-7 days a week for a double lit tea. I love that I can call ahead and 99.9999% of the time it’s ready. I love the staff, they are all incredibly friendly and kind- and that it’s locally owned and the owners are hands down the sweetest people. I have been to many tea shops and this is my fav!!!

Amazing family friendly nutrition spot. Both their teas and shakes were SO DELICIOUS! Staff were so friendly and sweet to my kids! The owner was so kind and amaIng to chat with! Definitely recommend making a trip over to try them out!
