I ordered soup and salad ,the salad It was shriveled and old. Please do not give customers stale merchandise. I wish there was some oversight on this matter. We pay a sum of money to buy this food, and it is not our fault that your merchandise is spoiled and you sell it to us.

Hopefully this reached to whom it may concern. I was emailed a survey, but I was unable to complete the survey but overall service with the staff. They’re pretty nice. I just don’t like the idea that the pastry the bread were out where flies can pitch on it. That’s very unsanitary that should be all be covered as we know it fly does leave droppings on your food so you should cover your food. Thank you.

Let me set the scene for you, it’s 9:00 pm, i had just gotten out of a long shift, hungry and tired. FIRST meal of the entire day and i choose panera. I did not know they close at 9:30 so that is my bad BUT that does not excuse the horrid service.I ordered half a sandwich which is what i usually get. while waiting I was getting stared at like i was an alien. when they had finally gave me my food this is what they gave me. $10 for something i can literally eat in two bites. i go here often i know what they side of their sandwiches usually are there is no reason they gave me this pathetic sandwich because i came half an hour before closing. some people genuinely are busy and look forward to finally getting home and finally being able to eat. i hope the managers talk to the servers about some decency.

Panera Bread, East Longmeadow, MA Please train your staff better. Food choices are plenty but staff needs more training on how to place an order for an item that is modified to add or delete something from that item. Also, since so many people are ordering online, maybe have an extra staff member or two at the very busy lunch time hour to help people waiting in line in the restaurant as opposed to filling take out orders. Thanks.
Idk what’s up with this location. They miss the bread somehow and the topics are all over the place so when I go there I have to reconstruct my sandwich and they don’t pay attention to the edits. I try not to go to this one it’s disappointing.
