Let me set the scene for you, it’s 9:00 pm, i had just gotten out of a long shift, hungry and tired. FIRST meal of the entire day and i choose panera. I did not know they close at 9:30 so that is my bad BUT that does not excuse the horrid service.I ordered half a sandwich which is what i usually get. while waiting I was getting stared at like i was an alien. when they had finally gave me my food this is what they gave me. $10 for something i can literally eat in two bites. i go here often i know what they side of their sandwiches usually are there is no reason they gave me this pathetic sandwich because i came half an hour before closing. some people genuinely are busy and look forward to finally getting home and finally being able to eat. i hope the managers talk to the servers about some decency.

Panera Bread, East Longmeadow, MA Please train your staff better. Food choices are plenty but staff needs more training on how to place an order for an item that is modified to add or delete something from that item. Also, since so many people are ordering online, maybe have an extra staff member or two at the very busy lunch time hour to help people waiting in line in the restaurant as opposed to filling take out orders. Thanks.

Idk what’s up with this location. They miss the bread somehow and the topics are all over the place so when I go there I have to reconstruct my sandwich and they don’t pay attention to the edits. I try not to go to this one it’s disappointing.

Interesting how they can afford their second renovation in 5 years but can’t afford a decent amount of staff. If you like long waits at one single register, this is your store.

I used to love this place but they just switched the coffee to this horrible tasting coffee machine. This is probably fine for a gas station but not for a restaurant like Panera. This shows they care about saving money not their customers. I will not be returning to this Panera.

Panera bread will always prove to be a quick, easy lunch or coffee break destination. It will never be your favorite restaurant. It will never be the place you wanna go for a special meal. It is the closest thing we have in most towns to a café, where you can sit for extended periods of time schmooze with a friend or get some work done on your laptop.

I ordered for the blueberry bagel to be cut and toast. They didn’t follow instructions and threw in a cold hardened bagel in the bag. I called them to find out why they didn’t follow instructions. They said they will make a note for next time. I was expecting refund or getting another bagel. They said they can’t do about it. I told them to read the instructions next time. They hanged up on me. I’m a deaf customer and I go there often. This time, I had to call them using the video relay services with ASL interpreter to communicate with them. They took the advantage of that to hang up on me. Hearing privileged and unprofessional.
