I've been coming here for years and have witnessed a steady decline in both quality of food and customer service. This place is becoming little more than an overpriced Friendly's. For a $15.00 takeout salad, it was skimpy. Two ramekins of salad dressing and both were less than half full- that's just dumb and not a good example of common sense and customer service... unless the cost of dressing comes out of your pocket there is no excuse for that. The employees look miserable. One staff worker gave me attitude when I asked for utensils and literally threw them in the bag. She snarked that we're "supposed to ask" for that. WHAT???? UTENSILS??? FOR A TAKEOUT ORDER??? That miserable loser deserves to be fired.

Today I had a bad experience in this place, although it was not the first time, I cannot remain silent. This employee left me waiting to order and then attended to me with attitude. They don't want to work and then they fuck with the customers. I didn't let myself choose well what I wanted by rushing. It's not the first time it's happened to me, if it's not the manager it's an employee. I have been a manager and the customer is a priority and in this place they don't have it.

I had a wonderful experience at Panera yesterday, service in there is always great but Keila was exceptional! She really does an amazing job helping customers and always goes above and beyond to help. I don't go there often but after being assisted by Keila yesterday I will be becoming a regular customer. The level ease and comfort she created for me was wonderful!

Rotten avocadoes in sandwich. Threw it out. Never ordering any sandwiches with avocado.Make sure you check your sandwiches, you might be eating rotten ones.

Got screamed at by some older employee named Lisa for attempting to sit at a table that was apparently being cleaned. Then also got yelled by her for not throwing out garbage that wasn't even mine! Never going to this Panera again!

the food and drink were fresh, well made, and a hearty portion. the restaurant was clean and had a relaxing music selection. the staff at the register (Keila) who helped my mother and i was so sweet, and provided fast service so i could seat myself quickly and didn't pass out when i came in (incredibly dizzy and hadn't eaten all day). she was culturally sensitive as well (my mother and i are Latiné). she picked up on that and was accomodating.service was excellent, food was delicious, and the restaurant had an overall positive atmosphere. i appreciate this location and will be back when i am craving Panera/am in the area.
