Sammi’s regained my family as a customer yesterday and we’ve already been back twice. ?the past few years, service had left a lot to be desired and every time I went, the prices were higher. It was $36 for 3 sundaes last year and I swore I would never go back. Yesterday my husband wanted ice cream and I said I didn’t feel like driving to get it but he said Sammi’s is right there and said “it’s just one time”. They updated to a POS system and it’s no longer cash only. The prices are consistent. We paid $21 for two sundaes and 1 med dish of ice cream with sprinkles. The sundaes were a great size, totally worth it. Went back today with my sons friends and had another great experience. If you’re reading this and you heard bad reviews- try them out again. They seem to have made the very necessary changes that they needed to.

Great ice cream here. They both serve soft serve as well as hard ice cream. I know a lot of people think that soft serve ice cream is soft serve ice cream that's really no big difference from one ice cream shop to another. The ice cream seems to be really creamy. It's definitely a lot different than other places that offer soft serve. I believe they used to use Garelick Farms as one of their ingredients. Maybe because it's local it's better?

I went to sammis soft ice cream today and the ice cream is so good! The employees are really sweet. The price was only 4 dollars. It’s not expensive at all. Best ice cream place ever

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! The store smelt like rotten milk, and we assumed it was just a trashcan, etc. After paying 18$ for three small soft serve (which is kinda steep) I received my rootbeer ice cream which was warm, glossy, and reeked. (Refer to photos) Never returning. Hope you're happy with our 18$ Sammi's!

I usually go to eat ice cream but I went on Sunday with my husband for the second time and I won't go back. The price is more than the manecado, the nuts counted and there is never what one asks for. ask for large and they give it to you small, You ask for hard chocolate and they give you the soft one.....

No prices listed at all, I guess because they are so overpriced! They use the cheapest soft serve mix. It was gross. It was the first time in my life I threw ice cream in the trash. Will never return.

This ice place is racist and rude. Went there to get a soft serve kids come in the flavor root beer and the girl working put one shot of root beer and it have the ice cream no flavor. I waited there for 5 minutes as they both paced the floor and I had to say excuse me to be notice. Your staff is racist towards black people and I’ll never visit this place again. Waited six dollars and twenty six cents (6.26) NEVER AGAIN and I’ll make to tell everyone I know about my experience. RIDICULOUS and your ice cream is nasty.

$7.59 for a large black cherry on a cone with dip and she hands me a kid sized cone very messy dip was a disaster the only thing they got right was my sons kid sized chocolate ice cream in a cup which had more ice cream being a kid sized then a large cone! Use to go there last summer with the whole family its gone down hill, rogers can not be beat well worth the drive to chicopee for the quality alone!
