Overall it's just hit or miss. Sometimes the service is terrible sometimes it's wonderful. I've had the best coffee ever here and I've had the worst. It's an alternative to Starbucks but they could really step it up. I won't be a regular based on the several times I've tried to be. You just cannot predict how it will be, service or food.

Definitely a popular spot! Ample parking but you’ll have to snag a table as soon as one opens up. Service was some of the most lackluster around - just a glare while typing in the order - no hey, welcome in, enjoy - nothing. Drinks were decent. Not the place to read or get work done but nice for a quick catch up with a friend.

Apparently they don’t know how iced coffee works. Never any ice and orders are always messed up and not at all what is pictured. Waste of money.

Other Shelburne Falls locations are better. Coffee was okay, some of the tables were pretty gross. Looked like a muffin exploded. The location was so slow I wasn't sure if it was open at first.

Was so excited I get a smoothie everywhere I go, got a strawberry smoothie with almond milk and it tasted like water with chunks in it didn’t taste the strawberry or almond milk, so disappointed.
I got an ice coffee. They do not add the milk and sugar to it. There is a small area to add those things into your drink.

Really enjoyed this place until recently and the sole reason is the warning you get on the website about a potential to be hacked because this company wont renew thier certificates. Now I'm worried about all the past times we ordered there in the past.

Not as good as the Mohawk trail. And, no fresh coffee beans.

I’ve been going to Shelburne Falls recently and have really been enjoying their breakfast sandwiches.
That said, there’s been one recurring issue that’s left me disappointed: the customer service. Every time I go in, the cashier barely acknowledges me. Instead of being greeted with a simple “hello” or “how are you,” I’m usually the one initiating the conversation and I am met with a straight face and silence. And today was no different — I came in to pick up my order and was met with silence and a look that made me feel more like a bother than a customer. The woman at the counter just handed me the bag without saying a word and looked irritated to even get my order.
Not sure if others are experiencing the same, but this has been a consistent pattern in my visits. While I really enjoy the food, the lack of warmth and basic courtesy from the staff creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. I work in customer service myself, and I know it’s not that hard to treat people with a little kindness and respect.
Great sandwiches — no doubt. But if the customer service doesn’t improve, it makes the overall experience less enjoyable.

Breakfast sandwiches are TINY! They taste like Dunkin food. Pastries are better here. Staff not friendly at cashier or baristas. Lots of room for improvement.

The food is generally good, but the drinks—especially the seasonal ones—often fall short of what’s advertised. The quality of the food can be inconsistent as well, likely due to frequent understaffing. It feels like the owners are cutting corners to save costs, which shows, especially when compared to other locations. Just something to keep in mind before you go.

Ordered everything bagel with sun dried jalapeno cream cheese and cortado. As the atmosphere felt welcoming and cozy, the cortado was definitely not the 2 oz of espresso and equal part of steamed milk as advertised. Sorry I'm a coffee snob ....It was much more milk than a coffee and the coffee had strong feel to it. Service was fast and even though there was a mix up with my order the staff apologized for it and quickly corrected it. I would visit again to give their cortado another try but the bagel.....was lit!!! 🔥
