Now I understand that coffee shops aren’t always the epitome for excellent service. But when I say, “It’s my first time here!” And met with a “Oh okay…” I’m a little disappointed. It was my first time visiting and I expected a little walkthrough of the menu, but didn’t get anything like that. My iced latte was good, my grilled cheese was decent, though a longer than usual wait. I doubt I’ll be back, maybe if I’m in the area, but I wouldn’t seen this place out again.

Absolutely loved this coffee shop. I ordered one of the special cold brews, where they used the sugar nut coffee. I requested it to be less sweet than normal (I typically just drink coffee black) and the crew was happy to adapt and make it perfect for me. The cold foam on it was delicious. I was dipping a chocolate chip biscotti in it, and it made the perfect afternoon snack.

I came here because my throat hurt and I wanted hot chocolate. I don’t like tea or coffee, so I had no other option. The hot chocolate was not very good and I was disappointed by it. I did get a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel, which was amazing. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy and the staff was very nice and understanding. I would definitely go here again, just not for the hot chocolate

We were visiting the East Coast and we took quite a detour from the freeway to get coffee from here. Can't really explain what it was, but the staff who took our order was very unwelcoming, she wanted to somehow be done with our order. Everybody else was being called by their names for their orders but not for us. Got the coffee and ran away.
