I came here because my throat hurt and I wanted hot chocolate. I don’t like tea or coffee, so I had no other option. The hot chocolate was not very good and I was disappointed by it. I did get a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel, which was amazing. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy and the staff was very nice and understanding. I would definitely go here again, just not for the hot chocolate

The s'mores coffee was delicious and the veggie sausage sandwich was soooo yummy and very filling. Service was quick and friendly and gave useful help when I didn't know what to get lol. Another great spot to work from if you need a change of scenery. It reminds me of a place I used to go to when I lived in a little town in Oklahoma.

We were visiting the East Coast and we took quite a detour from the freeway to get coffee from here. Can't really explain what it was, but the staff who took our order was very unwelcoming, she wanted to somehow be done with our order. Everybody else was being called by their names for their orders but not for us. Got the coffee and ran away.

Amazing coffee. Unfortunately, the service has been on a steady decline and has been abysmal as of late. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for coffee when the store is practically empty, and certain employees will ignore mobile orders entirely until you say something to them. The breakfast sandwiches are to die for, but I don’t think one has been what I’ve actually ordered it for the last ten times or so, even though these are all mobile orders where it’s very explicitly written out. I still have great luck with the morning weekday crew, but outside of that window, it’s been awful.

I order through the app, and the order is always wrong.I click add whipped cream, it's never there, I select non-dairy milk, get regular milk instead...When I occasionally point it out to the staff, they will whisper-shout at each other, blaming the other.Today got a pumpkin cold brew, it doesn't even taste like the pumpkin. And no graham cracker topping either.It just tastes like a regular plain latte, and not a pumpkin cold brew.I ordered 10 too many times, I'm done with their inconsistencies.

Awesome food. Everything is extremely fresh. The cold brew coffee options are awesome. Friendly staff. Definitely beats going to the chain coffee places.

I stopped here today for the first time. The young lady that rang me out was so kind and friendly. I’m not a morning person at all, so it was really a nice way to start the day with a delicious coconut coffee, pastry and kindness. I highly recommend this place.
I used to love going here but lately service has been horrible. I went to get the peach iced latte, asked the person at the front desk who confirmed with the packaging that the topping was gluten free, just for it to be made with wheat. I would’ve taken it back but I was already late for work and it also tasted horrible (took a sip before realizing there was graham crackers on it. Is as told it was pecans and sugar, so not sure where the graham crackers came from.) very disappointed. Will not be returning. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue here.

Refund me for my bagel that you forgot to add cream cheese to. I drove, wasted my time and gas to get food from this place only to get home and not have everything i asked for. I dont care if its a $2 dollar bagel. I drove there to get a couple sandwiches and a bagel with cream cheese on the side. You forgot the cream cheese, not my fault.
