something always happens with my orders strangely, is it possible that I always have to open the cup to check if my order is complete? always the same story, they always forget to put the ingredients that I pay $2 each, for the umpteenth time I am very disappointed with this Starbucks, and it's time to go to another

bad customer service.i asked for 2 drinks but the cashier charged me for one.he gave it to me in a rude and unprofessional way,when i asked again for second one he answered that he cant make me another one because it was 7:01 so thyley closed

They double charged my mother, and when she went back today to get a refund on one of the charges, they refused and said she could call cooperate.
Also, my drink was supposed to be frozen, and they gave me iced. It was supposed to have extra caramel but didn't have much at all.
I don't normally complain, but the few times I have given this particular Starbucks a chance, they haven't been pleasant or able to make drinks right.
I won't be going there again.
