mobile ordered for maybe the tenth time and had a flawless experience as before. was able to get my food and drink in 4 minutes and tasted amazing.

I went in today for two large ice waters, and was denied because I did not purchase anything else from the store and I politely offered to pay for both of the waters and still got denied because there was “no way of charging that” won’t be getting any of my money anymore

I would love to shout out to Starbucks in East Longmeadow for their extreme generosity. I am a volunteer with the East Longmeadow Scholarship Foundation and Starbucks has provided coffee and hot chocolate at many of our events. Tonya and staff have been amazing and so supportive of our nonprofit organization. They are so committed to our community. Please support this amazing East Longmeadow business. it was my first time going to this location, after i ordered my drink i noticed the baristas handling other orders nicely, putting full effort to making drinks but when it was time to make my drink everything was made poorly. i ordered a matcha while other customers did the same. my matcha order is very simple and it was made horrible where as the others came out beautifully. my matcha was disgustingly brown, watered down, there was definitely a weird vibe there as i was the only person of color there. i will not ever come back as all i wanted was to get a drink and go. the secret animosity toward people of color needs to be studied.

something always happens with my orders strangely, is it possible that I always have to open the cup to check if my order is complete? always the same story, they always forget to put the ingredients that I pay $2 each, for the umpteenth time I am very disappointed with this Starbucks, and it's time to go to another
