I placed an online order for my husband to pick up and all 3 sandwiches are entirely wrong.

I order online this is the worst subway I've ever been to, the grinders are terrible, many times I've asked extra cheese and got no cheese I get a call from the the driver that's delivering to me telling me that they're out of this they're out of that and they want to substitute something else well I've had it with this Subway I could tell just by the weight when it's handed to me if it was a good sandwich or not it's so light there's nothing on it I asked for extra mayonnaise and there's hardly any mayonnaise I asked for beverage and half of the time I don't get the beverage when I fill out the form and I asked for extra stuff I don't get it ,but I pay for it. I tried calling they never answer it because it always says that the mailbox is full and there's no room to leave a message every single day it's like this. I tried ordering at a different Subway and for some reason it automatically changes me back to this Subway. Shaker road is awful when ordering on line

Ordered this online. My sandwich is literally just ham, cheese, lettuce, and mayo. When I recieved my sandwich the bread was soggy/wet and it only had clumps of cheese (3 slices all in one spot) and ham. Whoever put this simple sandwich together clearly didn't even bother to spread the pieces of cheese out and slaps ham on the bread. I tried to call the store mutiple times to inform them and possibly get a refund but no one answered the phone the 5 times I called. I will never order from here again!
