They are theirs. Ordered lunch through the app and received email confirmation. Went to pick it up and they claimed the order never was received even though I had an email receipt. Wouldn't give me my money back or make lunch. Had to file a fraud charge with the BBB and my bank to get a refund.

I ordered two sandwiches through the online app and I was very specific about what toppings and bread that I wanted. They ignored all of my requests and made the sandwiches however they wanted. There are toppings I didn't ask for, and the ones I did are missing. Neither sandwich is correct. It is not on the correct bread or anything. I tried to call 3 times, but no one picks up the phone and voicemail is full. Guess I'll have to call corporate since I can't get ahold of anyone at this location.

This is the unclean Subway. They give you half the meat and the butt of the tomatoes. The cheese is warm. The women behind the counter saving the produce for tomorrow that never comes. Forget it if you have a coupon.

I went here during my lunch break to get a nice steak and cheese six inch sandwich on italian herbs and cheese. I walk in and i’m hit with the most disgusting smell. It goes up my nose and filters through my body and i feel like I just went dumpster diving in New York City. I then continue to go order my sandwich and the owner of the store greets me with the most unfriendly and unkind facial expressions i have ever seen. I feel extremely unwelcomed. Don’t get me wrong i have worked in customer service before and i understand how people can be, but there was no need for that. I didn’t let that affect me too much until she started to create my sandwich and instead of putting it on there neatly she smacked it around and threw it on there so aggressively. I was astonished. Flabbergasted. Ultimately I calmly collected myself and watched her throw my sandwich in the toaster. She burnt it. I didn’t care though in the moment because I had 15 minutes until i needed to get back to work so there was no time to ask her to redo my sandwich. At the checkout i had a coupon for my 6 in sandwich and she refused to take it. I got those for this day and she refused it. That officially made up my mind that I will never be returning to this subway.

Went to this Subway on Shaker Rd today and was extremely dissatisfied with them. First, they do NOT recognize/acknowledge Subway coupons. Then when I ordered a wrap, they did not have a few of the menu offerings they listed on their menu board. Then when they did create the wrap, it was the equivalence of a 6" sub. They put half of the ingredients for a foot long and still charged the same price as a foot long sub. Then of course, there were flies everywhere in the shop. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything from this store going forward.Also, the meat was supposed to be heated but was cold so the oven wasn't apparently working. This was the same for a footlong sub which I ordered at the same time.I WILL BE RETURNING TO THE SUBWAY IN SIXTEEN ACRES WHERE THEY ARE CONSCIENTIOUS TO THEIR CUTOMERS WANTS. THEY ACCEPT SUBWAY COUPONS, HEAT THE SUBS/WRAPS AND FILL THEM AS SHOULD BE. THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND HE STAFF VERY PERSONABLE.I didn't go today since they were already closed.
