Upon arrival, we were initially directed to the bar area. We expressed our preference for the dining room; however, a few minutes later someone came from the bar and we were subsequently informed that we needed to relocate to the bar . As we do not consume alcohol and prefer not to be in a bar setting, this was not ideal. We were then informed of a private event commencing shortly at 5:30 pm this was 5:25pm . The dining room did not appear prepared for service, suggesting a reluctance to accommodate us in an alternative space. Considering our patronage of over three decades, we are uncertain about future visits. We did, however, enjoy a delightful pizza experience with excellent service at a nearby establishment.

I would give all the options for stars 100 out of five this is the best pizza I've ever tasted and the service was awesome inside the restaurant was a perfect temperature and the servers were kind as well definitely will come back bc the best pizza I've ever tasted was here Best first experience ever

Going to Miss the Pizza Shoppe!
This is hands-down my son’s favorite pizza joint—nothing else even comes close. Sadly, we moved out of the area, and this is one of the spots we genuinely miss.
The sweet crust is a standout—definitely unique. It might take a slice or two to adjust, but once you’re in, you’re in. It’s addictive in the best way.
The restaurant itself can get busy and a little hectic, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. That buzz of families, take-out orders, and laughter—it’s what a great neighborhood pizza place should feel like. Good selection of toppings and styles, too. Classic New England pizza joint vibes all the way.
We highly recommend it. A local gem.

Waited 90 minutes for my order when I was told it would be 35 minutes only for them to have no idea where it was. When I finally asked for a refund they tried to salvage it by looking for the order but couldn’t find it at all. They also didnt offer any sort of apology for the mix up and what appeared to be their head chef was clearly overwhelmed and cursing at the people around him and was merely annoyed that I was asking where my order was.

Their pizza is unique to this area and has a sweet crust but is absolutely delicious. It's one of the only pizzas that my very picky littles will eat. Highly recommend.

The Pizza Shoppe in East Longmeadow is top-notch! We ordered the pickle pizza, which was absolutely amazing—tangy, garlicky, and packed with flavor. It’s definitely a must-try if you’re into something a little different. The pepperoni with hot honey was also really good, with just the right kick to balance the classic flavor.
On top of the great food, the bartender had a fantastic sense of humor and made the whole experience even better. The vibe was relaxed and fun, and the service made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!
Placed an order over the phone for a pizza, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The pizza came out amazing—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. They also had a cooler with drinks available, which was super convenient. I appreciated that they had plates and napkins ready to take as well. Great service and delicious food—definitely recommend!

Got the wrong food, so idk what the grinders are like. The wings were pretty good, could be a bit crispier, but flavor and juicy were on point. Pizza was good. It has a sweet crust the kids enjoyed. Manager Dan rectified the missing food very professionally after the counter girl couldn't hear a word I said. He called me back to help from a quieter location. If near there again I'd give it another shot.
Parking: Very tight 6-8 spot parking lot shared with other businesses.

I just stopped by on a whim for 2 grinders for supper 12" meatball with peppers and an 8" cheeseburg grinder with lettuce, ?, mayo for me & 2 orders of onion rings. We both liked our grinders a lot. It was a nice treat. We should do this more often. They were very nice to me while I waited. I will return!! ?

Stopped in for a pizza today. It was about an hour from getting the pizza and finally eating a piece. The pizza was a mess Stuck to the box and under cooked. What happened to the cardboard disk they put a pizza on ? What a mess straight into the trash
