Not sure if it’s the franchise or Chick-fil-A decided to change the size. The fried chicken patty is hilariously and extremely thin. It’s not just once but every single time we ordered it’s the same

Very disappointing that two nights in a row I didn’t receive all the items I ordered. And because it was ordered through Uber eats there’s no recourse.
Both nights they were unable to put sauces in the bag. Even the packaging said that they were in there.
I was able talk to the manager on duty. She was nice but didn’t ask me how she could help me or how she could make it right. I was very kind… But interestingly, there was no solution offered.
It used to be that Chick-fil-A was reliable. Clearly, not anymore.
Avoid this location and maybe all of them. I travel throughout the country and this is a pattern.

Chick-fil-A Walpole absolutely nailed it! Their catering and delivery service was spot-on — prompt, perfectly organized, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The team made everything effortless, and the food arrived fresh, hot, and crowd-ready. Every item was delicious, beautifully presented, and a total hit at our gathering. A flawless experience all around — Chick-fil-A Walpole truly knows how to make any event feel special!

Customizing my meal was such a hassle. If I want to substitute my meat because my daughter is autistic and has a texture problem I don’t want to be met with a million excuses and telling me they’ll do it this one time. I paid well over 40$ for two meals. I shouldn’t have to go through that.

Just stopped in, super cute. Great experience. Nice staff, including the cow, place was clean, including the bathrooms which had some very cute decorations. Had the fries and cheese sauce which are tasty together and I would recommend giving a try!

So this is my second time to try this place. I am all set. I can't believe I just spent$14 on a 4 PC tender meal. That chicken isnt even filling enough for a kids meal. You should be ashamed taking people's money and handing them such small portions. I ordered taco bell just to make sure I had enough to eat. Keep your chicken, its not impressive

I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and fries and asked for the sandwich to be well done
After driving away I noticed I got a piece of chicken in a bowl
And the waffle fries
I had to turn back and go back to the store and I was blamed for for getting what I got because I asked for the chicken well done
