Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Absolutely the most unprofessional Tropical Smoothie I have ever been to. Their posted hours are open till 9pm. They decided to close before 6pm and the app is still taking orders. When I arrive Im told they are closed and there is no way to refund me. The manager proceeds to tell me Ill have to file a dispute with my credit card. Meanwhile there is a heavy set young female associate sitting at one of the tables screaming and hand gesturing her opinions for me as a customer. Hope you all can see the store hours in the pic including the gem that this place has employed. I know finding employees is difficult these days but this place definitely scraped the bottom of the barrel with this waste of space. Totally unprofessional!!
