The grilled jerk chicken breast dinner is where it's at here.Paired with its oh so good mango salsa topping and coconut rice. My mouth is still watering, thinking about that tender chicken marinated with that spicy deliciousness that I just ate. I wish I had this recipe being a chicken fanatic. It's so good that I'd be making this on a regular if I knew how. Haha! :)The presentation of this meal is undeniably beautiful too. The colours of the fruit and veg combo just pop right off the plate. It's nice eye candy for those who love taking pictures of their food. And let's face it, I know that so many of us do when it looks this esthetically pleasing. You'll see what I mean from my picture, it'll sure make you hungry. And the nice thing here is the portions are very generous to justify the price, so much that I was too full for dessert.
