So disappointing. I got the Fisherman Platter expecting a descent amount of seafood. Especially with the extra $10 added for whole belly clams. Literally got 3 scallops,3 medium size shrimp, 10 whole bellies, and one tiny piece of fish, that had bone in every single bite. Even the clam chowder I ordered was a disappointment, extremely watery with barely any substance. The only thing that worked out good was the kids chicken tenders that we ordered. $90 which included a $15 tip/ ordered online pick up. So not worth it. I feel like my tip could of covered the amount of seafood I got in the Fisherman Platter. You expect a platter to feed more than one person, not here!!! Never going back there!!!

I had such an insanely good experience at Mac’s Market and Kitchen all thanks to AJ, one of the employees there! We ordered the lobster roll, chowder, and a steamed lobster (only $11.99/ pound)! The market let us know that the steamed lobster would be a to-go order, so I was just expecting it in a bag, but AJ went above and beyond since he knew we would be eating outside, he even cracked the claw shells and tail for me! It was so nice of him, and the lobster quality was phenomenal! Lobster is my favorite food, and I can say it was perfectly cooked! Would 100% recommend going to Mac’s for the delicious chowder and lobster and amazing service!

!!!RAW CHICKEN!!! alert. Went on 4/21/2025 with my family. We are Eastham locals and it pains me to write this review. We ordered some fish tacos, a beer, and the chicken tenders for my 4 year old. The first issue was when I asked for a cup of water they refused. I was told I must buy a bottle of water for $2. Shady but ok. Then came the wait. After 30 minutes the tenders came out (tacos not prepared yet) and wow are we happy we broke them in half. Had my son eaten one….yeah…use your imagination. The staff refunded our meal and gave a nonchalant, mostly tepid apology. One staff member ducked out in shame. Couldn’t blame him. Thankfully, we drove down the street to The Knack and got some fully cooked (homemade) tenders and tacos. I would be very careful eating at Mac’s or even buying their fish to go. I think the health department should make a visit in the near future before someone gets salmonella.

Came in for a quick snack. Ordered 6 raw oysters and as I was watching them be shucked, I noticed the employee grab the dirty trash can, the oyster knife touched the inside of the trash, and then she went right back to shucking. Her bracelet dangled into the food multiple times and I was just grossed out. Watched unsanitary practice for about 5 mins in silence. The service was so slow I never got a chance to mention my dissatisfaction, so I walked out. Never ever walked out on food before but I wasn't willing to pay for oysters that were shucked with dirty hands and a utensil that made direct contact with the dirty trash can.

It looks like small fish market with seafood in the back. Clam chowder was watery, not many clams, not much taste. Blackened fish sandwich didn’t have much flavor or texture either. It’s more of a fast food place, but for the price of a seafood restaurant ($40 per person). Small girl up front neither smiled nor seemed to have any interest in her customers.

Expensive good food with extremely slow service. Very few customers, but it still took almost 20 minutes to receive our two simple sandwiches. ? Convenient location with easy parking. Chain. Everything is overpriced. A t-shirt costs $35. LOL. A small jar of honey is $16.

We were expecting to have a great experience. The first issue is having a payment tablet in front of the girl taking our order. SUGGESTIONS were $20 and up...for taking an order? I won't return after being put in that position. We got fish and chips...$23 which included about 6 oz of haddock and a LOAD of very average not just cut fries. Fish was good...but FAR from $23 almost into October. The closer you get to the SUPPLY...ie fish...it should be less expensive or a bigger portion. Did get good Cole slaw in some sort of plastic paper. Can't even put it in a container? Next was a 4oz hot lobster roll that was somewhere around $25. Cheap school cafeteria bun and unimpressive lobster...again...they are probably a mile from a lobster boat. It should cost $15. The kicker..they don't even give you fries. You get a HALF ounce of potato CHIPS!!!!. REALLY? Next was kale soup with a tiny piece of sausage and a smaller piece of kale for $8 or so. It was decent...not restaurant quality. So it was $65....no drinks. It doesn't cost anymore to run a takeout fish place in Eastham than it does anywhere else...in fact it's cheaper close to the ocean. I would say that if the DOUBLED the portions or HALVED the price...it would be decent. I would never go there again...food isn't outstanding, price is crazy and the tipping pressure is absolutely absurd. I HATE leaving bad reviews...this is an exception. There is absolutely no reason to go there...and I dont like saying that. I guarantee that EVERYBODY that lives nearby has a better takeout fish place than this...
