Best ice cream down Cape. Diverse menu. Staff are helpful and pleasant, always dealing with long lines efficiently and effectively. Tastes are provided, and even with smallest cup, staff will combine 2 flavors. Store is small but L-shape of cases enables customers to see all the flavors, and there's seating for about 15-20 people right outside the shop.I always go for the chocolate and coffee flavors, and am never disappointed ... they're glorious!

They have a variety of flavors and daily specials too! Kiddie size was huge enough for me. Tried the pistachio which was great and cookie dough which was also nice but I thought there was too many choc pieces in there. We had a wait because there’s a long line at around 9pm. But they were pretty fast. Only thing was that it’s chaotic inside

Kind of a frustrating experience.First, the positives: the staff here were lovely. They were absolutely jammed when I went, with a line out the door, and they were still super friendly and patient, so immense kudos to them. The wait time did not factor into my review because that's pointless to me—the staff moved as quickly as they could. The price was reasonable and the portions were generous.Neutral: the shop is designed like an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, which is charming, but it was quite dark inside. Almost hard to see.Now, the negatives: I purposely went here seeking a couple of flavors that were advertised on their website, but conveniently those couple of flavors were the only ones that weren't available. The ice cream itself was super soft and my cone had to be placed in a cup. I recognize because they're so busy they may have had a problem keeping the ice cream hard, but I do think the shop should invest more in colder blast freezers if they know this is an issue. (The staff were closing the doors immediately after scooping, so I'm not placing the blame on them.) Lastly, and most critically, the ice cream just wasn't good. I got pistachio, which tasted really strongly of artificial almond flavoring, and banana, which tasted like banana candy. Personal preference, but I prefer actual bananas in banana ice cream.

Ice cream itself is nothing to call home about, but they have a lot of flavors and are definitely not shy with their mix ins. Coffee Oreo is super packed with cookies, as are all their choc chip flavors, and the coconut almond chip is lowkey more nuts and chocolate than ice cream but I'm not complaining.The portions are large and definitely worth the price. A kiddie can have two flavors and is comparable in size to a Ben & Jerry's small? Maybe? For 2/3 the price. They also have lids for cups, which is so appreciated!!

Great local ice cream shop with homemade hard ice cream. Delicious coffee and chocolate peanut butter. We grabbed some on our way to the Wellfleet drive in.
Excellent ice cream! Large portions. I had the mango sorbet and it was wonderful, a little tart and very flavorful. Rest of the family had ice cream and it was Rick and creamy. Best ice cream in Eastham!

Homemade. Plenty of staff and fantastic ice cream. Coffee Heath and Coffee Oreo the best!!And dog friendly outside. Dog pup cups a dollar inside!!!
