dude named kassandro texeira had the best service, i feel like he deserves a raise or even employee of the month. he’s a hard working man. On the other hand this white girl was giving me mean looks and telling people to get back to work even though she’s not the manager. mind you kassandro was helping me out at the time she was yelling at him.

I’ve been here about two times….and yes I can say the food is really good but on the other hand the workers or should I say……worker is a bit to my concern. The first time I came here a short little big lady came out from the back with smoke coming out of her mouth. It is not professional to be smoking around food. She then proceeded to be on her phone and start yapping instead of helping making the food. The second day I came here the same lady was still on her phone and just talking she then starts being rude to this tall girl with black hair when she was doing nothing wrong. I think this is VERY unprofessional. I think this matter should be addressed, you would think smoking is common courtesy around food BUT NOT FOR THIS LADY.

I didn't want to leave a review but if there was less talking and more working my sub probably would have been made correctly I told the young man that obviously looks like he's new and is not really getting proper training it seems like I told him I wanted a steak nine no mushrooms and I wanted it toasted I got it but I didn't get it toasted it wasn't toasted as I wanted it and I found mushrooms in my steak and cheese I don't blame him I blame the others that been there longer that's supposed to be paying attention they're talking about zodiac signs and all this other stuff when obviously this young poor man is trying to wing it not much hope when you have a chatty Cathy and then I asked the lady the skinny tall one is it toasted she doesn't make eye contact with me neither does the other one they just say ahhhh yeah it's toasted like I'm not going to lie I'm pretty bothered because I paid $15 for a sub that wasn't made the way I wanted it and then on top of that I asked for no mushrooms and I got mushrooms in the sub if you're going to hire people hire people that knows how to make a sandwich and hire better leaders that's going to give better training to those that need it I'm disappointed I should have just got Wendy's next time I will

This is the most horrible food establishment that I have ever been to. This is not the first time the employees screwed up our meals but when we went back even after calling, they hadn’t even begun to make our food and then proceeded to make it wrong again. They just lost loyal customers and we will be filing a complaint with the BBB! Also, when asking to speak to a manager, they claim they don’t have one. Training is a must!

The cooler was apparently propped open so the drinks were not cold. How much did we spend? How much was this? Are you serious

I'm went into D’Angelos the other night and was having a bit of trouble focusing on ordering dinner because the music is quite distracting. Could you consider creating a more family-friendly atmosphere, perhaps with a different music selection?

Great service and quality at this location. We had a big sale at work and had to clean up a very messy storm. They were able to make us two sandwich boxes for our team on short notice. Everything was fresh and well made. They even helped load it into our car during the storm. This crew went above and beyond. Thank you.

Ordered a small steak and cheese in a pita with hot peppers and mushrooms. But by the time I sat down at a table the sandwich had fallen apart. Had to eat it with a fork and not as a sandwich. Kind of disappointing and frustrating. Can’t imagine that doesn’t happen all the time with that sandwich.

I sent 3 nights in a row. I got meatball sub, stressful 9 without mushrooms in Alleric and turkey stuffing and cranberry dice sub. I aged chips and soda for the heat value. The food was awesomeness.

The person that made our sandwiches dropped a piece of cheese almost put it on our sandwiches and they rolled there eyes at us and complained about us behind our backs and made fun of us I hear them giggling behind the kitchen. I don't feel safe eating there. Made me feel unsafe there cuz I know cooking skills they don't know how to do servsafe.

Best D'Angelo's by far!!! The staff are always busy but always so so pleasant and smiley!! My chicken Ceasar salad is always massive and delicious as well! 10/10!
