Been going to this Dunkin for a few years as a “Plan B” Dunkin (as it’s further away from me). Very underrated Dunkin. Quality is always really good, the workers are nice.

I love these girls, they're always sweet when taking your order and quick about it as well. When I stupidly placed my pickup order for the wrong time, they kindly remade my food fresh for me when I did eventually come to get it. Dunks is dunks, it's good sure. But people make the experience. Thank you ladies for all your efforts 😁

They refused to sell me a ice water i was only able to buy bottled water even though I was fine paying any price for a cup of ice with water in it. I work construction and it’s 100 out today. Very annoying and the lady was very rude about it.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff here. This poster is theirs, not mine. I ordered a latte without steam milk foam, and when I asked them to remove it, their response was far from helpful. It's unfortunate how I was treated.
Anyway, it seems like all Dunkin' stores do the same—giving you a half cup of coffee. This is how they make their profit, unfortunately.

I used to go here all the time and never had any issues until recently they started to mess up my orders consistently, I work in food service so I don’t want to be that annoying customer demanding them to remake it if it tastes a little off but i am spending my money on the coffee so I do expect to get what I pay for, every single time i’ve ordered here recently it’s been either wrong size or wrong flavor. I’ve worked in coffee shops and I know what a caramel latte is supposed to taste like. When I go to the other Dunkin down the street my order is all correct, I don’t understand and am very disappointed :(

Ordered a machiatto. Completely shaken together into a regular coffee and had spilled all over the sides. Was not even offered another one to be made considering the staff knew they messed up and still gave it to me knowingly that I had a problem with it. Just double cupped it and called it a day. Drove away pissed. I order from here regularly and I'm sure the staff knows my name by now. Sad to say I may not come back to this location going forward. Just felt ignorant.

The staff never immediately acknowledges customers as they enter just stare at you until you order, then move very slowly to prepare the order while talking to each other the whole time. I was served cold and greasy hashbrowns.... double disgusting!!! I will never return to this store again.
