I come in at 7 pm he says no espresso machine is down for the night
This happens 3 time a week at nighttime
I come in in a random Saturday at 5 pm, it’s the same story no espresso no machine it’s getting cleaned up
I ask, should I call to have a machine or coffee that I need? Is it so difficult to get an Americano at this location?
The employees when they take the order do not even salute or speak clearly
Hopefully one day they’ll have a manager in twos spot to make things work

The drive thru has been horrible lately, In the last 3 weeks I have visited 12 times, 10 out of the 12 times my order has been wrong, getting sugar in my coffee 4 times when specified no sugar, I cannot drink sugar. 3 times I have gotten small when ordering mediums and I have been charged for items I never received. They used to be good here but the bad ordering experience and negative attitudes from the employees has been awful. I don't have time on my work break to constantly go back so I have to eat a lot of losses as of late, with what they charge me I am losing a lot of money here. They need to fix this location!

Been coming there since I was a kid. When I moved from Easton to Plainville last year I only went maybe two or three times (April 2024 to February 2025). But now, since I moved to the beginning part of Mansfield. I’m back to go there practically everyday. Best Dunkin’ I’ve went to ever.

In the morning this Dunkin is really good. Later in the day the staff switches over and the coffee made less frequently and often tastes burnt. I try to avoid it later in the day and often end up dumping my order (iced cold brew) because it tastes like the burnt bottom of the pot. This happened again today, so I decided to post a review in the hopes that they keep the coffee fresh.
I went here again today 12/31/24 and got a cold brew with espresso. It tasted disgusting, like soap. Google says that are closing early, at 5:00 p.m. I went just before 4:00 p.m. Clearly, they are cleaning up before they close so they can get out of there because it tasted like pure soap. They must have cleaned the latte machine without rinsing it properly. I am definitely not getting coffee here in the afternoon anymore. I paid for two iced cold brews with espresso, both of which tasted like soap, before giving up.

One of only two Dunks in Easton I know is good and will bet on going to. Orders are always correct, coffee is made perfectly, food is good and hot. Can't go wrong!

I went through the drive through and ordered a medium mango refresher with almond milk. The girl at window refused to make me the drink when I have ordered it many times that way and they have made it for me. She said that they can’t make it because it’s not how it’s made and can make me sick. Wait what!! She was just being lazy and didn’t want to make it. She gave me attitude as well. So rude!!! I bet you that I will go to another dunkin and they will make it for me. I will be calling corporate definitely.
Used to be great. Now, the bacon is always gross, burnt. Or just made and it’s a Goey mess. Coffee made too light or too dark and they are not pleased to fix it. I spend a lot per month, Going to another dunks from now on.

I was on my way to a doctors appointment and my pt driver stopped to get me and 2 others in the car coffee. Whoever made my coffee this morning deserves a raise! My coffee was chefs kiss ???☕️? my only issue was the woman at the drive thru menu seemed very short with us. I have worked for a good amount of dunkies so I can understand how it is to work there but it just would have gone better if she let us speakAnd finish what we were saying and not talk over us.but honestly it probably was the headsets and not the girls fault. I’m notGonna hold it against her.

Went to Dunks ordered a LG Iced with 6 creams and 2 Splenda. I get back an almost black coffee . When I POLITELY asked for more cream the ladies response was well I put in 6 what do you want ? I WANT to be treated the same way I treat the employees
