I went through the drive through and ordered a medium mango refresher with almond milk. The girl at window refused to make me the drink when I have ordered it many times that way and they have made it for me. She said that they can’t make it because it’s not how it’s made and can make me sick. Wait what!! She was just being lazy and didn’t want to make it. She gave me attitude as well. So rude!!! I bet you that I will go to another dunkin and they will make it for me. I will be calling corporate definitely.

Used to be great. Now, the bacon is always gross, burnt. Or just made and it’s a Goey mess. Coffee made too light or too dark and they are not pleased to fix it. I spend a lot per month, Going to another dunks from now on.

Went to Dunks ordered a LG Iced with 6 creams and 2 Splenda. I get back an almost black coffee . When I POLITELY asked for more cream the ladies response was well I put in 6 what do you want ? I WANT to be treated the same way I treat the employees

Excellent location, ample parking and quality service. This is my new daily Dunkin. Always fast and accurate orders. I usually use the order ahead option but even when I go through the drive through they are friendly and prompt. Great job to everyone working here!!

Great Dunkin'! I was greeted by big smiles and very friendly people working here. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I got my first Dunkin' grilled cheese and it was perfectly toasted, warm, and gooey. I also grabbed some glazed and jelly Munchkins for my pup and was pleased that I got a few extra than I paid for so I could sneak a jelly for myself but don't let my pup find out.??? I'm not a die-hard coffee drinker but do enjoy an occasional iced so I got just a small that was just right. While inside I also noticed they have a great assortment of travel cups and mugs all very reasonably priced. They don't sweat, are dishwasher safe, and look to be just the right size and available in an assortment of colors. Some keep hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold for many hours. I think my biggest regret was not grabbing one of those travel cups while I was there. Before I got back on the road I wrapped my grilled cheese in some napkins and it was ready to be enjoyed while I traveled home down 104. I used to go to school in this area and would go to all these wonderful spots on my way and for lunch every day but haven't been in the area in quite some years but I was very pleased to be greeted again by such friendly people in a clean establishment with wonderful service and enjoyed my tasty lunch on the go. As a special bonus when I returned home with the Munchkins my dog forgave me for leaving him home that morning. I'm so glad I stopped and for the great kids that were working the afternoon of 10/03/2022, I thank you all very much for your hard work and for making my day special with your smiles and your hard work and you also made my dog's day! ?????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Unfortunately, while picking up my order I found multiple toe nails and nut residue in my coffee. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte but received a pumpkin salted latte. Also the whipped cream wasn’t whipped- it was beaten which is very sad. And pls be advised that the coworkers are unsanitary and virgins.

Well for starters when I got my food i unwrapped it and and it was a giant rat jus inside the sandwich, which i thought was dead but it jumped out and but me and now i have rabies. Also when i got my drink i tried drinkin out the straw but it wasnt going up. I checked what was wrong and it was a weird while slime, glad i didnt drink it. Also one of the employees said they’d nut in my donut if i gave them extra safe to say im never eatin at your establishment EVER AGAIN
