I kept trying to give this location a shot since its so close to home, but no matter how specific I am, they keep messing up my order. I order a really simple drink as well, I just ask that they dont put any dairy in it and only use oat milk. Even when you ask to double check to see if they have it right, you just get lied to. Long story short, this location needs more training esp focused on food allergies.

I found hairs all over my sandwich and I’m pressing charges now and now I can’t look at a breakfast sandwich because of the disgusting food and they got my order wrong first and it took forever to get 30-35 minutes

Today is July 9th at 8:50 p.m. I pulled up to the drive-thru no one answered I drove around the side and watch the guy run to the back then as soon as I pulled away he walked out again. I hope your boss sees this and has a chat with you on what do you expects until closing time.

They refused my service 20 minutes before they closed
Been going to this Dunkin for years and has sucked since a couple years ago (outside of service). Food is always chewy and teas are either too strong or just turns out to be coffee. Sometimes they get your food completely wrong but not always. The old lady that works there is extremely loud and annoying. Never going there again!

I’ve had consistently negative experiences at this Dunkin' location. The staff are extremely unprofessional, often displaying rude attitudes and even using inappropriate, profane language. On multiple occasions, I've witnessed them making fun of customers, which is unacceptable in a customer service environment. When my coffee was made incorrectly, instead of offering to fix it, the employee sarcastically told me, 'If you don’t like it, make it at home yourself.' This kind of service is disappointing and far below the standard I expect from Dunkin’.
