I’ve had consistently negative experiences at this Dunkin' location. The staff are extremely unprofessional, often displaying rude attitudes and even using inappropriate, profane language. On multiple occasions, I've witnessed them making fun of customers, which is unacceptable in a customer service environment. When my coffee was made incorrectly, instead of offering to fix it, the employee sarcastically told me, 'If you don’t like it, make it at home yourself.' This kind of service is disappointing and far below the standard I expect from Dunkin’.

This is by far the worst D&D I've ever experienced. I won't go here again because I seriously have never ordered here without having something wrong with the order. Well worth going across town to avoid the hassle.

Haha it’s free donut today but I guess a small coffee doesn’t cut it in order to get the deal. People in front of me and after me were offered a free donut with their order but not me oh well next time I’ll go to the Honey Dew drive thru

Came through the drive through about 1015am on a Sunday. Ordered a med iced coffee and a chocolate glazed. Got to the window. Nobody behind me in line. I immediately asked to add a lemon donutb- per my toddlers screaming request. The lady said I have to go around again. I said there's nobody behind me. She said but that's the only way to order another donut.
I said nevermind the lemon donut. Then hands me a bag with a lemon donut. I said I ordered a chocolate glazed. She said oh ok. Then walked away and gave me a new bag stating the 2 donuts were in there. Thanking and tipping $3... I pulled away. When I stopped to give my son the chocolate glazed, it was just a glazed. Then he said lemon. But it was not lemon at all.

This business needs to be shut down the people that work there are rude miserable and confrontational and argumentative. I never got this order because I was yelled at by the employees. Because I placed the order too soon to when I arrived at the window which would actually be the same amount of time in fact, more time than if I place the order at the speaker.
