i ordered a sub, a wrap and raviolis online at 12:35. The email says it will be ready at 12:53.
I arrive at 12:53 expecting to wait a bit. They hadn't even started cooking my order until I got there. The restaurant was a ghost town, so I wasn't expecting to wait another ten minutes for food I had ordered almost 20 minutes earlier.
I get home and they put mushrooms on my sub. Luckily I am not allergic, but I hate mushrooms. I just threw the sub out.

Papa Gino’s need to start reviewing who they hire, these kids that work there don’t care. You have to repeat your self 3 times before they get it right. They are rude when picking up an order, I went in tonight to pick up an order and the girl basically looked pissed cause I used a credit card. To only get home to have my meal under cooked.
