I have gotten every order I ever placed in a timely manner, and correctly made. The staff has always been friendly, whether they are busy or not. The only thing that is not great is the outside lights do not work and it makes it look as though they are closed. The drive up kiosk has been out as well.

So this Starbucks was good at first. But it seems like they need either new leadership or management who is present. It's great having young people working but there should also be someone on sight who can guide them in how to provide better customer service and be more efficient. Making eye contact and acknowledging a customer when they walk up to the counter even if you can't help them right away goes a long way.

The other day I was there and waited in line for 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me.Management needs to train their staff better on taking orders and multi-tasking so they can move the line more efficiently.This is my local Starbucks so I hope adjustments will be made so everything can run more smoothly.
