Love this Starbucks! Drinks are always perfect, Employees are always so nice, and are very fast because it gets busy in there!!! Im there a lot sometimes more than once a day especially since it’s in the same shopping area as Target, TJ Max , Big Y.
I have gotten every order I ever placed in a timely manner, and correctly made. The staff has always been friendly, whether they are busy or not. The only thing that is not great is the outside lights do not work and it makes it look as though they are closed. The drive up kiosk has been out as well.
So this Starbucks was good at first. But it seems like they need either new leadership or management who is present. It's great having young people working but there should also be someone on sight who can guide them in how to provide better customer service and be more efficient. Making eye contact and acknowledging a customer when they walk up to the counter even if you can't help them right away goes a long way.
