My daughter went in today to order an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. It’s on the menu. From Starbucks own website: Blonde espresso, brown sugar and cinnamon together, and then top it off with oatmilk and ice. First the girl asks her what type of espresso she wants. She says blonde and is confused because it’s clearly in the drink. Then the other girl starts rudely saying it’s a regular espresso shot not blonde. They didn’t even know that there was supposed to be brown sugar in it and it’s in the name. Treated her as if she was stupid. We go to Starbucks all the time all over Massachusetts and have never had this problem, or this amount of attitude. Staff need retrained.
