Food is tasty but the amount of food inside the sandwich is less than expected and coupon acceptance is at the discretion of the franchise location.

Went by this Subway today with my coworkers after a meeting. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The young man and woman were very very rude to us. Rushing us to give them answers as to what sandwich we wanted and what we wanted on our sandwiches. We were the only customers in there the whole time so it wasn’t a rush. The food was great, but the service was awful. No customer should feel the way they made us feel. As if we didn’t belong there or like we were annoying. Never had a bad experience at any other Subway the way I had it at this one.

Whoever runs the place should care about their employees well-being, it’s unsafe for a young employee to be running a subway alone. Not to mention forcing them to complete all closing duties on their own. I came here today and it was actually 90 degrees inside. I overheard the the A/C is broken and the employee seemed to be sick. She were very sweet and kind despite the conditions she’s working in, she deserves better and every other employee who works here. Do better, it’s disgusting to see mistreatment. Greedy bosses.
This is the 3rd time i came Here this week at opening and doors are still locked with nobody inside , I’ve been looking forward for a sub to start my day before heading out to work but it seems like we have some false advertisement or there staff not showing up on time either way this is very upsetting

I placed an order for 3 sandwiches. My friend picked up and was told they were out of meatballs and Italian herb and cheese bread for a meatball sub that was ordered. I had to laugh because how does a SUBway run out of meatballs and bread? Disappointed.

Dirty tables and slow service due to only having one employee. Honestly she couldn't have put enough meat into my sandwich, but we waited so long I dare not ask her to fix it. She definitely tried, but rushing around is no way to work. Hire more people and less will walk out unfulfilled or stay and be disappointed.
