Maybe the worst fast food place I've ever been through. Absolutely horrible employees in this location. I went to the drive-thru today and was given nothing but attitude. Honestly I think it was going to drive to the one that's further away from now on.

Staff is never smiling. They seem to ignore walk in customers. Bathrooms need work. More cellphone chit chat that is attentive to customers. Prices keep going up. Get the app as they sometimes have promotions. Sandwiches as usually sloppily made. Occasionally you get one that is not all squished and all the stuff sliding off into the wrapper. Fast food does not mean sloppy food. It means good food fast. Take the extra 10 seconds and make the food look edible.

I know I didn’t just drive 5 minutes all the way home for me to have the wrong burger. I asked for a ghost pepper ranch burger … I got a burger with ketchup and onion. NOT what I asked for .. how is that even remotely close. The only reason for 2 stars is the kid in the drive thru was pleasant. But come on man, I called and got hung up on. Y’all be too much.

From my point of view, It's a place to bring your kids. The hamburgers are ok, the open kitchen makes a difference because you can see what they are doing with the food you are going to eat.If you are hungry it will fit you perfectly.

Walked in and no one greeted nor acknowledge us. Two employees were on their cell phones right at the register. One was holding her cell phone in her right and using the left hand to bag up food. The other female had her face so emeded in her phone we had to say twice... excuse me can some wait on us!!! She then rolled her eyes and continued to attend tol her phone. She began to laugh and speak in Haitian creole to her coworkers. I should have taken a photo. It was the worst experience. We actually werr the only 2 in the restaurant. It was sad and disgusting. Place was dirty and employees walking around in their house slippers. Won't be going there again.

That girl at the drive through was a real charmer. She was rude, unhelpful, and walked away from me mid conversation. You will lose tons of money allowing a fool like that to be the face of your business. I will never come back here again.
