My husband and I came for our Valentine’s day dinner and the food and service was outstanding! Our waiter was Ian and he was very attentive. I dropped my napkin and he saw from across the restaurant and immediately brought me a new one. I was very impressed. Thank you for your friendly service Ian.

While Bettini is renowned for its beautiful view overlooking the iconic Edgartown Lighthouse, it was the details that made our experience distinctive. From the moment that we walked in, we were greeted with smiling faces, warmth, and effortless hospitality, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. After we were seated, our waiter Taylor came over, and we were delighted by how kind and sweet he was, while still holding himself professionally. Taylor remembered our order with ease and remarkable precision. The food was served with fresh ingredients, and it was artfully plated, demonstrating both culinary excellence and care. It is rare to find service that is both polished and sincere. While the pink sunset over the harbor provided a relaxing backdrop, it was the restaurant's details that made our experience spectacular.

I ordered a snail filet mignon that tasted awful. I don't believe it was beef. It had a wild flavor and tasted like liver.

We started with drinks at bar with bartender Michael Santoro.... outstanding service and interpersonal skills. The ambiance of room(s) is outstanding.... appearance, furnishings, decor, lighting, cleanliness. Each of the four couses was outstanding.... presentation, quality, flavor, texture. Our wait staff were also outstanding. I say with enthusiasm the dining experience was phenomenal. I will return soon.

Bettini is friendly, festive and fun. Living on an island, we are super grateful that the restaurant is not only open but well staffed so that we always get a good meal - thoughtfully chosen and well-executed menu with great servers and front of house. The broccolini, crab cakes and steak were outstanding We always look forward to our evenings there

We went for the afternoon tea and were told to wait and the host would come get us. After about 20 minutes past our reservation time we went back to the hostess stand and were seated. The food was very good. We waited about 10 minutes for the hot water for our tea and helped ourselves to sharing plates that were on a stand near our table. It was a very nice experience and we all agreed we would do it again and hope they would have enough staff next time.

Had a reservation with my 2 grandchildren. Was disappointed. Service was slow. waited 15 minutes for Shirley Temples. I have been to Tea's before, NYC and London. The sandwiches at the Harborview were very small. Each guest usually has their own pot for tea . The waitress brought a cup of hot water when my granddaughter wanted tea. On the bottom tier were 3 large scones. (Smaller size would have looked better) I found the experience disappointing for the Harborview.

This experience was not the best- but it was High Tea - a one time event and I think they could learn a bit from the days events.

Anna was amazing & very helpful & accommodating as well as the other personnel in the restaurant. This is an amazing hotel & everyone is so kind. I can’t wait to see Anna for breakfast tomorrow!!!

Expensive, served canapés after 1st course and food was randomly over spiced and under spiced. Frankly, not good for tbe cost.

Our waitress, Ana, was amazing with our toddler and made us feel super welcome and accommodated any needs we had. Food was excellent and the setting is gorgeous!

As always, our evening at Bettini was amazing! Our server, Ana, was so lovely- professional, friendly, kind, gracious- as were all of those who took care of us. Our appetizers, meals, cocktails, and mocktails were delicious and the ambience was perfect. Can't wait to dine with you again.

This dining experience was horrific! Poorly trained staff, with arrogant, insensitive management, and bizarre chef preparations. So disappointing, especially when the interior design and location are so spectacular! We heard that the Harbor View Hotel recently “outsourced” the restaurant management. Unfortunately, the hotel's reputation takes a huge hit with that decision. Will NEVER return!
