We ordered two two pound lobsters cooked and cracked as we’ve done many times for 35 years. However when we got them home they seemed light and we weighed them. they were 1 pound one ounce each. We went back the next day and asked about this and Andy was totally rude. Said they lost weight when cracked. Really? Half their weight? He was sarcastic, rude, and tried to absolve them of any wrong doing or mistake. He kept rudely saying ‘i Hope you enjoyed your two pound lobsters.’...read full review
Excellent piece of tuna! I’ll be back tomorrow!
I placed an $500 order and paid by phone 2 days prior. When I went to pick it up, they said they didn't have it that someone didn't record it properly. Then I was told then product I ordered was sold out. It ruined an event I was planning. Don't waste your time with pre-ordering ,I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to fill a new order while I waited. I'm totally disappointed with them and although it won't matter to them , I'll take my business elsewhere. A little employee...read full review
