Katama Kitchen in Edgartown proved to be a delightful spot for a family-friendly breakfast. The meal was tasty and the standout dish was undeniably the Corned Beef Hash. Not the same as the Right Fork Diner. The breakfast menu is unimpressive. Cafeteria food at its worst. The hash browns were cold and dried out. The bacon was cold and burnt. The toasted sourdough bread had a 1/2 lb of butter plastered on it. It’s time for new owners or a return to the previous owner’s that knew how to run a good restaurant.

If you want to wait 15 minutes to he seated at an empty restaurant, then wait 40 minutes for a mediocre breakfast while being served by people who have no idea what they are doing, sure.Oh and they refused to sell me pancakes because it was 11:30, however while walking out at 12:17 I saw several people eating pancakes.

The appetizers and entrées were delicious.It is a very clean restaurant. The windows were open when I was there. I prefer air conditioning. The waitstaff was great! Don't miss this gem where you can watch the airplanes takeoff and land. It's a cool atmosphere.

Absolutely delicious! Shared artichoke fritters to start then I had the delicious crab cake and warm corn salad. Fabulous! Tasted the yummy steamed clams with chorizo and grabbed a spoonful of the fabulous risotto / nothing bad on the menu! Our party of 9 stayed too late but the staff was sooo tolerant of us. We all said it was one of our best meals ever on the island!
