What a wonderful experience l'etoile restaurant gave our family. The food was delicious but most importantly, the treatment of the owner to our little ones, WOW! We were delighted we chose this restaurant. Thank you!
This is a favorite 😍 it's never anything but amazing 👏
We went to L’etoile for the first time and it was truly an amazing experience. The outside dining tables were cozy and warm and the dishes were one of a kind. The service was outstanding and our server, Luka, was a true professional and never missed a beat!
My wife and I came here for her birthday dinner. The waitress, Marry Beth and the others that waited on us were top notch, they provided us with the best service! Marry Beth was very helpful at explaining how the foods were prepared and was very attentive along with the rest of the staff. The food was great, from the starters to the desert it was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better eperience with the service or food, we will certainly be back!
This was our favorite restaurant on the island! Excellent food and friendly service from everyone in a charming setting.

Beautiful setting with excellent food and excellent service, cocktails, and wine. This was our favorite meal on the vineyard. The duck, gnocchi, steak, and oysters were great. Highly recommended.

I loved this restaurant! Great place for a date night or a girls night out. The outdoor tent area is stunning. Great ambiance and service. Every aspect of our dining experience was exceptional. The entrees were beautifully presented and the creme brulee was the best I've ever had. I have had a lot of creme brulee?. L'etoile is a must-visit restaurant that I highly recommend and eagerly look forward to returning again..

I like to sit at the bar for a quick meal before work. The bartenders, Lera and Lola are attentive and helpful with making the meal quick and enjoyable. They have a unique selection of cocktails, but their mocktails are delicious.

L’étoile Restaurant provides an exceptional upscale dining experience within a beautiful setting, both indoors and outdoors. Located inside the hotel, the ambiance is perfect for an intimate dinner or a family outing. The hostess and staff were friendly and professional, making the evening even more enjoyable.
I began my meal with the pan-seared, spice-crusted fresh La Belle Farm duck foie gras, which was honestly the best foie gras I've ever tasted. The charred factor added a unique twist, enhancing the flavor without overpowering the delicate texture, allowing the foie gras to still melt in your mouth.
For the entrée, I chose the étuvée of 1 1/2-pound Menemsha lobster, a dish bursting with flavor. The sauce, highlighted by roasted garlic, truly made the lobster shine. To finish, I enjoyed an espresso martini, one of the best I've had in a long time. This version used chocolate liquor, offering a delightful twist on the classic drink.
While I wasn't a fan of the "Matcha My Freak" and "Whistle While You Work" cocktails, I suspect it was more due to my personal taste preferences. Despite this, I am eager to return and try other drinks on the menu.
Overall, L’étoile Restaurant is a fantastic location for an elegant dining experience. I highly recommend it for those seeking a sophisticated meal in a picturesque setting.
Wheelchair accessibility: Outdoor dining area is easily accessible directly from the main entrance before the stairs.

We went to celebrate a special occasion. The hostess was very passive aggressive and rude towards my family. The service was insanely horrible and I overheard the wait staff gossiping about my family behind my back. Food was okay, and definitely overpriced for the quality of service. I also work in restaurants as a waiter and bartender, so seeing this is very concerning coming from a professional standpoint. We will NOT be coming again, there are better places.

The dining experience here is formal and classy. With white table clothes and plenty of greenery around it makes for a nice date night out. The food was very good but just shy of being excellent. It’s a must stop if in Edgartown whether you want dinner or a few drinks.
