In a town positively stacked with ice cream shops, this one was our favorite. Good flavor selection, good service and great ice cream. Bonus points for offering affogato on the menu!

Great ice cream ? and so many to choose from ?. This was just perfect on our brief trip to the Cape ?. The ice cream smoothies were delicious ?

I have no complaints about the service or atmosphere. It’s the ice cream itself that is just not that good. I got mint chocolate chip and the chocolate chips tasted stale and like cardboard. It seems like they lack quality ingredients. I don’t recommend.

Sinful chocolate is just chocolate with chunks of toffee? Nothing special.

We stopped into rest, our weary bones and enjoy a homemade ice cream break. Staff here is very friendly, The Place very clean and bright, and the ice cream is very good. I headed old-school chocolate malted milkshake that was fantastic.
So for over the top service, I unfortunately left my nice leather western hat there and I didn’t notice until I was getting ready to get on the ferry back to reality. So we called the shop they had it. The owner called me back and sent me my Hat, UPS. When I asked how much to reimburse he said he said just come back in visit us again.
Well, I should say I am very much looking forward to that visit again as soon as we can make it back to Mad Martha’s in Edgartown!

We stopped here for a quick treat after lunch. It wasn’t too busy on a Monday afternoon. We didn’t go too crazy with our choices, just some hot fudge sundaes. They were good. We will have to go back and try more.

A great Ice Cream place, by far the best in Edgartown. Ice cream is fresh and delicious, their merch looks great, not very well priced, but I don’t think many people have the intention on buying it…
All in all, the best ice cream on Martha’s Vineyard!

Went here on Monday July 15th 2024, as part of our visit to Martha's Vineyard to walk the streets that chief brody walked on. This was a pit stop because it was hot, and we wanted ice cream. They have plenty of flavors, and can make shakes, and smoothies too. They also had seating where we sat and enjoyed our ice cream. Service was very good as they scooped our ice creams. I got the cookie dough small in a cup, my dad got chocolate in a cup, and my mom got mint chocolate chip in a cone. Paid via credit card. We all enjoyed our refreshing ice cream.

My favorite childhood ice cream has now become my kids' favorite childhood ice cream! ❤️ We highly recommend the Reese's Cream, Oreo Cream, Chocolate, and the Chilmark Coffee.... all at once if you dare lol! Summer staff are all so sweet and friendly as well 😊
So yummy. Tried many places and this is the best

My wife and I stopped in at their Oak Bluffs location and it is definitely worth the stop. They had tons of flavors and snickers one was delicious. The service was great and lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful.
Very good ice cream right in the heart of downtown along the main area of shops and restaurants. Creamy delicious ice cream and lots of flavors. You’re going to pay.a pretty penny for it though; a small cone in the summer of 2013 was $7..50
