Food was great, but service not so much. Great spot for on the go. Cash only.

I know all the food is fried but was still Very greasy. We ordered the fried shrimp, fish & chips, whole belly clams, chicken tenders, and clam chowder. The shrimp was completely flavorless as if it had been thawed jn water before frying. The fish was decent. The clam chowder was very acid which was strange based on the traditional ingredients in a chowder.

Kid-friendliness: Chicken tenders and popcorn chicken are available

We ordered 2 lobster rolls and scallops. There was 6 undercooked slimy greasy scallops for $27, the lobster rolls were not great, with a bunch of ground up meat with some shells in them. For almost $100 it was very disappointing at best.

No tables, no cash. Takeout only. But this seafood shack represents the best value in the island and it is very conveniently located in the heart of Edgartown.Lobster roll is pretty solid. New England clam chowder is tasty. Clam strips and other fried foods are beyond edible. Tastes like all ingredients are from the frozen section of Restaurant Depot, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with that as long as the line cook knows how to prepare those frozen foods. And they do more than an adequate job at it.I was getting a little bit tired of overpriced and under-portioned meals at the island. And I discovered this place and it was a treat.

Super friendly person behind the counter. Yes, it's cash only, but there's an ATM there if needed (though the fee for cash at a bank ATM is likely better). Bring cash, and you save all around.

There is no dine-in... it's a seafood and sandwich stand... but there are shared and shaded picnic tables near the Chappy ferry less than 50 yards away. Just be aware it can often be VERY windy there, so batten down your hatches (or clam strips).

Food was very good, but the clam strips were overcooked, and the oil in the fryer was nearing it's end (I ran restaurants, so I know). Recommended, but not exceedingly so.

Judy was our waitress and made excellent menu suggestions. Midwesterners need help! Glad we visited!

I recently had lunch at The Quarterdeck in Edgartown, and it was an absolute delight. The picturesque setting on Memorial Wharf, with views overlooking Chappaquiddick, set the perfect backdrop for a good meal. The Lobster Roll was simple yet bursting with sweet lobster flavor. The succulent chunks of lobster were perfectly dressed, letting the natural sweetness of the seafood shine. It was a true taste of Martha's Vineyard in every bite.As for the Mozzarella Sticks, they were a crispy, gooey delight. The breading was just right, providing a satisfying crunch that gave way to the warm, melted cheese inside. It was a perfect appetizer to start the meal. This spot is a must-visit for anyone looking to savor authentic Martha's Vineyard flavors in a charming coastal setting.

Very cheap prices, but I found that to be reflected in the food quality. Below average fried fish sandwich, very fishing tasting clam chowder, took two bites then tossed. Great location, no place to sit down, good luck finding shade to eat, as this is simply a walk up, order, and then get your food in a bag. Would not recommend or return.

Ordered Lobster Roll and BLT. They were wrapped separately but pieces of lobster were stuck to the side of a BLT, thankfully we have no allergies but could have been bad for someone who does. Lobster wasn’t great quality but there was a good quantity. Second year coming here and both times has been a long wait with very few other customers. Having an ATM and only accepting cash is quite the scam. Workers are nice though.

Best cheeseburgers in Edgartown. Totally hit the spot and I could have eaten three of them for the price of a burger anywhere else in town. If you crave a classic summer burger, perfect for eating at a picnic table, then this is the place to go.

Cash only place run by rude woman. “I only take quarters” when we tried to provide her with perfect change. What a joke. Maybe if you paid your taxes you wouldn’t be so concerned with taking cash. Avoid this place.
