We loved it so much we went twice while on vacation. Food was excellent, service was great and staff was wonderful to our dog (we sat outside). The chicken pot pie and Brussel sprouts are amazing.
Came on a Friday night around 8 pm with a large group and sat inside. Service through the evening was fine but not great. We ordered a round of espresso martinis to start and I would really not recommend them. For dinner I ordered the cauliflower curry but the waiter came back a few minutes later to say that they didn’t have it so I had to pivot. I ended up ordering the bistro salad with chicken. Chicken was good but the salad was for sure not worth ordering. Chick pot pie leaned...
Wandered around after dinner in Rockfish and looked in on this bar. There appeared to be drinking and laughter. So in I went. Had a couple of Guinness and met a couple of people who were having a drinking game. I have to say that this is a great little boozer very much in the uk style of pub. Warm, friendly and inviting. Enjoyed the couple of hours I spent nursing a pint .
