Among the finest restaurants in the northern - if not the country. Super-fresh ingredients transformed into mouthwatering delights. A warm welcome is always guaranteed, too! It’s not cheap but by the standards of today’s 5-star spots, highly reasonable. A must to visit if you’re in the Berkshires.Vegetarian options: They always have o e or two exquisite vegetarian options.Parking: Parking is right next to the restaurant. Being able to use the spaces in the lot owned by the bank next door means there is ample parking.

Every time I visit the Berkshires, dining at The Old Mill is a must. Their appetizer of prosciutto, burrata, and poached pear is a delightful beginning, and the seared calves liver with mashed potatoes and green beans is superbly prepared. Sitting by the fire added a cozy warmth to our evening, perfect for the chilly weather. The welcoming staff and charming ambiance always make our experience special. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to The Old Mill - it’s a highlight of my trips to the area.

What an absolute treat! From the very first moment, we were met with friendly (and witty) banter by Terry. The place oozes with charm and every moment is a delight. But onto the dishes...Wow!Prime Rib? ??Seared Ahi Tuna? ??Pork Chops? ??Rainbow Trout? ??Every bite, of every dish, was absolutely delectable; the staff, ever polite and accommodating. And then, desserts!?!? To die for! This was one of the most well-rounded and superb meals I've ever had. Thanks to the Old Mill hosting+culinary staff for a defining experience!Dietary restrictions: My parents are afflicted with a few culinary allergies. The staff was more than accommodating

Truly a wonderful restaurant!! From beginning to end it is 5 stars all the way. I wish I could give 10 stars. Ginny was most hospitable amd welcoming amd the staff was courteous and helpful and so pleasant! The food harkens to an era of fine dining that we don’t see anymore. Delicious and well presented. Good wine list and the cocktails were perfect. Can’t wait to return again. Don’t miss The Old Mill!!

Terry is the best host of any restaurant we've experienced in 60 years. He is warm, welcoming and looks over a spectacular team both in the kitchen and front-of-house. The menu is wonderful, the food is fantastic and the setting is pure classic New England.

Food arrived lukewarm to cold..onion soup, prime rib, mashed potatoes..mussels were sandy, and steak au poivre and prime rib were tough..bread excellent and dip as well. Blackberry mint tea was wonderful. Expensive for what we ordered.

We hadn't eaten here in years. Frankly, our previous experiences years ago weren't that impressive. Thankfully, we decided to give it another shot and were SO glad we did. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. I'm thinking we just caught them previously on off nights. This place is a neighborhood gem! We started with the oysters and the burrata with prosciutto. Then had a fish special and the Thai fish bowl. Ended with a creme Brule. Delicious!
An exceptional dining experience.
The best food, atmosphere, and staff.Neil
