Overpriced, mediocre food and rude staff but wait there is more…also unsanitary conditions that you can see from where you sit and eat. $4.00 extra for one strip of bacon. When I went to ask for money back/return the food or figure something out (since I was hungry and just paid $14.00 for a breakfast sandwich), the woman pointed to the sign right by the door that says “all sales are final” …odd sign to have posted up in a “cafe” but I understand why now.
Do yourself a favor and do not stop here! Fliss market is just before or after it depending on which way you are coming from and so good!

Good iced coffee they use frozen coffee as ice cubes. A very occasional splurge, drive past multiple times a week stop maybe once a year.
Way too expensive for my family, clearly we're not the target customers.

Stopped on way between point A and B simply because we were hungry. Stepping out of the car an onto the front porch, we walked into magic. As delicious the food so was the candy-to-the-eye of all the magnificent array of antique that welcomes.

Thank you Lisa for the amazing sandwich and hot dog. Thank you also to the mister with magnificent white beard.

What a delightful find after hiking Wendell State Forest. Stopping in for lunch. The owner makes everything herself, I had the most delicious slice of apple pie. The crust was heavenly. I also loved browsing the antiques. I will definitely be coming back.

If you are looking for a small, local restaurant serving soups and sandwiches, I would highly recommend this place. We came here for lunch and ordered cups of their soup of the day, corn chowder, a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, and a BLT. The corn chowder came out with a large square of cornbread. The chowder was classic and delicious, as was the cornbread! The sandwiches were wonderful also. This restaurant stays with the basics and makes them wonderfully. The cook managed to grill the ham and cheese sandwich perfectly, melting the cheese without blackening the bread. We will be coming again!

2-person operation when we were there. Small dining area - several tables and counter service. Food was tasty and served quickly once we ordered. Locally made pastries looked delicious. A lucky find on our way.

Ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese. The simplest order you can get. They still managed to mess BOTH up. Not a sinhle thought going on behind the eyes of the people working there.

Ice cream was tasty. Staff seemed a little standoffish and untrained.
