Honestly the cakes taste OK, the place is one of a few Hispanic/Latin places in the state so they get a lot of business from the community- but it's not the best cake. Unfortunately other Hispanic/Latin bakeries are farther (Lynn, Revere, Lawrence) so this place covers the Boston area. The store is always disorganized and takes forever to place orders and get pickups, then they treat you as if they're doing you a favor for taking your order and they *demand* you bring your order form (not your receipt or credit card of payment or ID, the actual order form paper they give you when they take your order) or they'll pretend they can't find your order and can't help you. If you have the patience, go here. Otherwise, try the other father but better options.

Wow, I was blown away by the incredible job they did with my order! The staff is so friendly and attentive. They take the time to understand your preferences and make ordering a breeze. And guess what? Everything you order is exactly what you get! The pictures show what I asked for and what I received, and let me tell you, the taste is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place for fast, friendly, and accurate service. You won’t be disappointed! ❤️

Love their cakes and empanadas!
Our favorite cake is the Tres Leches..is moist and yummy. The empanadas are peruvian, so it's not your typical fry empanadas, these are baked.

I had a terrible experience at this bakery. They mandate cash payments, and if you try to use a debit or credit card, they hit you with an illegal $5 fee for every $100. This is against Massachusetts law, which prohibits businesses from adding surcharges to credit or debit card transactions. While businesses are allowed to offer a discount for cash payments, it must be optional—not mandatory, as it is here.

To make things worse, the owner is extremely nasty and treats customers poorly. It’s frustrating to deal with illegal practices, and the bad attitude just makes the experience even worse.

I also question whether this business is properly reporting taxes. Cash-only operations raise red flags, as cash transactions are harder to track and make it seem like things might not be handled by the book.

As a long-time Everett resident, I wouldn’t be surprised if the City of Everett’s occupancy permit overlooked this, since every business needs approval from Everett City Hall. I also think the Food and Milk Inspection Department would be very interested in taking a closer look at this bakery.

Until they clean up their act and start treating customers fairly, I won’t be coming back. I recommend others avoid this place and support businesses that operate legally, transparently, and with respect for their customers.

I ordered alfajores for a family event, and WOW, they did not disappoint! They were presented so beautifully, that I didn’t even bother transferring them to a platter. They tasted even better than they looked, and they looked pretty great. The cookies were soft, but not falling apart, and the dulce de leche was just the right amount of sweet.

I took a star off for atmosphere because their storefront is very simple and a little cramped. However, I was in and out of there when picking my order up, so I didn’t have to spend much time in the store anyway.

We needed a cake with a frozen theme for my 8 year old daughters birthday. It was fantastic, I would have given 5 stars however they spelled my daughters name wrong, if you want a really moist cake this is definitely the place to go. So many options and ready when promised.

I was yesterday picking up an order for their good products but I requested a bath from the Emergency and they denied me and almost begging I told them that I was taking a blood pressure pill because I'm older and yet they had no compassion I had to go somewhere else almost wet. This makes me think that they don't need me to keep buying from them.Daisy Lithgow

My worst experience, it is of no use to make good products if the owner and her employees are not accessible and understandable, the owner is too arrogant and believes she is right and when she does not know who is right, everyoneTime is the CUSTOMER!!!
