At 45 years old, I grew up in Everett, have had a lifetime of eating ice cream......Dairy Maid in Everett, hands down, has the BEST vanilla soft serve I have ever had. I live in Lynn and go out of my way to get there!!!

Love love love their ice cream, they have soft and hard ice cream. The only bummer is that they don’t open during winter, only during summer!! And their portions are very generous so a small cup is enough.

I understand that this is a once in an off chance and it could’ve happened to anybody. I have worked many jobs in the food industry, and know that this is something that happened unintentionally and nothing at fault to the owner or the workers something that just happened based off a simple error* .
I just got home from getting my ice cream from my self and my family and I found this in my ice cream. I am very disappointed this seems like it’s a part of the machinery for the ice cream and if I take a big enough bite, I could’ve choked on this. Have to think before I come here next time. Tried to call location but straight to voicemail.
