I celebrated my daughter's birthday at Chuck E Cheese (Everett) and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I would like to thank Ashley and Zinab for being so helpful throughout the day. We focused on enjoying and they took care of the rest. Recommended 👍

I would like to say that I've been going to this chuck e cheese ever since me and my siblings where small. Lots of fond memories here.
Anyways, now that I have a child of my own I decided it's time to bring him here to have fun! He's 2.5 and very energetic, but what i experienced was sad to say the least. Wild children running and crying with no parental guidance. Staff looked like they wanted to leave asap. Ignored me when I asked for some assistance as the bathroom was downright filthy and suitable to take my toddler in. Why work in a place with children if you hate them? Food was good though. Games where mostly functioning though the newer electronic ones had a "error" screen or lagged badly so waste of credits. All in all disappointed to what Chuck.E.Cheese has come to. Hopefully new management can bring the joy back here.

from all the reviews it sounds crazy. i havent been there since about 2022 but who ever this manager is chasing customers yelling and just rude and more sounds like she needs to be fired and someone slap the rude attitude out of her. i was about to bring my 3 kids here but i can clearly see i would be cussing someone out there since i dont play games about my children. this manager and staff sound like a bunch of bums who need to go work away from kids.

The next day after we went my kid got the flu
Almost all games are worn out and unplayable, the rest are overused by people and end up with error screens because they crash

I recently have been visiting Chuck E. Cheese with my kids, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than ideal. We go quite often as we have a membership there. While the kids have fun with the games and the food is decent, the overall service and staff behavior is always disappointing.
First, the staff seemed distracted, spending a lot of time on their phones instead of engaging with guests or overseeing the activities. And I mean a lot of time on their phones. When I had questions about memberships, they were unable to provide clear answers or assistance, which was frustrating.
Safety and security were also concerns. My kids are randomly stamped to go in and rarely get checked to leave the building. Additionally, the trampoline area was especially concerning—a few times there have been young kids jumping without any adult supervision, and it didn’t seem like any staff were monitoring that area, despite the potential for accidents.
Overall, the lack of attentive staff and the safety concerns made the experience less enjoyable. Chuck E. Cheese has potential and my kids have so much fun there, but they really need to improve their customer service and staff engagement to ensure a better and safer environment for families.

Kids loved it but the staff that night was TERRIBLE! A bunch of friends to busy socializing to do their jobs.

I visited this establishment on 10/28/24 and was disappointed by the interaction I had with who I would assume was the establishments manager. I am assuming she was the manager due to the color of her polo shirt being different than all other employees (blue opposed to black). I entered the establishment with my two children and my sister, this individual was at the front - no greeting just grabbed the hand stamps. No problem. I place our food order and order the kids pass, again - this individual seems annoyed by simply having to do her job. We proceed to sit down and wait for our food, at this time, my children see the jump area and proceed to enter it as the gate was open. Immediately, the individual comes over with her miserable attitude and unwelcoming demeanor and starts reprimanding the children for being in the play area. My children exited immediately, but I exchanged my thoughts with said individual. You work at an establishment thats supposed to be welcoming and fun for children. If the jump area is your biggest concern, I recommend staffing this attraction to ensure children do not enter it if theyre not supposed to be in there. Your employee could use training in leadership and the difference between managing an establishment, and being a leader amongst her team. Her negative attitude is visible within this location as other employees seem very dismissive and unattentive. In an economy like today's I can assure you, people will not continue spending money at your location if this is how you treat customers.
Kid-friendliness: They need some serious work in this area.

Im a single hispanic mom and i went here on october 6th with my son because i have always liked taking him to arcades and everything was going fine, then once the card ran out of credits we went to where the prize area is, and we were checked out by a nice young lady with blonde hair, and my son had about 500 tickets and so he got a bag of cotton candy which was 400 tickets and a small bag of airheads bites candy. After we went to leave a lady i believe was the manager who she had short hair and looked to be in her mid 30s to 40s followed us out yelling with a security guard behind her and she was randomly assuming we had stolen the cotton candy and after she made us go back inside and checked the logs on the card to check if we had actually paid or not. I feel discriminated by this lady and offended becsuse what she did when she followed us all the way out and yelled at us when we had already paid and the tickets were off the card and she followed us all the way out we were almost to the car already. I have never stolen and never would steal especially a 4 dollar candy and especially infront of my son. I want this to stop and to make sure it does not happen again.
