The place is clean. Paid almost $400 for my daughter's birthday party there and there was no working bathroom, instead an outhouse that our guest had to use and nobody told me that when I booked her party. Embarrassing as hell. Majority of the staff is rude, besides the manager and our party host. Won't be booking there again

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I felt very unwelcomed for simply trying to play with my 2 year old son . The pizza was good .. fries burnt no salt. If your child is still younger donāt bring them here . the play area and jump area you arent allowed in with your daughter or son and will get kicked out of it. it was very small limited things to even do there . One of the staff takes her job alittle too serious in there I think she thinks sheās a cop and not a Chuck E. Cheese employee. First and last time and if you are a newer mom please consider bringing you child to VinKari Safari (Woburn) or Cowabunga's (reading ) both cheap and a lot more fun fot you and your child (they are closed on mondays which is why I tried here today ) never again

Ok if your a person of a curtain age and you and your friends go out drink and randomly find a chuck E. Cheese. And drink some more let me tell you it will be a blast in the past man and you will have a wonderful time!! We had an awesome time! Lol i felt like Marty mcfly in back to the future! (Watch the movie, if you have no idea what im talking about! Anyways if you are a random parent that didnt wanna go to chuck E. Cheese when you were a kid but thinks it will be great for your kid (cuz u wanna be cheap or forgot your kids birthday!ol) id say shame! Shame!

My Children got really sick. I was there last week. My two-year-old has hand foot and mouth so bad that he screams and cries at night because itās so uncomfortable my 10 year-old son diarrhea puking this is unacceptable multiple other reviews and clearly nothingās being done. I would not take your children there. I will be calling the border health
Management was terrible and staff was terrible also. The manager was very rude and stood there for about 5 minutes and watched my 4 year old visibly upset about having to put on the non-slip socks provided by Chuck-ECheese. He waited to make sure we got the socks on and he didn't go back into the trampolines to play. Another worker was yelling at little kids telling them to get out of the play area because they didn't pay, and mind you a couple of them were only 2-4years old- he should be telling the PARENT NOT YELLING AT THE CHILD.
