I can’t say enough good things about this bakery! I placed a last-minute order for a cake, and they came through flawlessly. Not only were they able to accommodate me on such short notice, but the cake itself was absolutely stunning and tasted incredible.
The chocolate mousse filling was delish – so rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Everyone loved it! On top of that, their customer service was the perfect balance of professional and personal. They truly care about getting it right and making the experience stress-free.
If you’re thinking of ordering from them – do it! You won’t be disappointed.

The taste of the cake was not up to the price charged. It’s better to order at other bakeries where the price is almost similar. Paris banquet at the same price is way better option.

I had really horrible experience with this Bakery. I really don't recommend any one this place. I ordered a Cake for my friend’s birthday and I did ordered a week ago. They took the payment and all and on the day of birthday they would call me and say they don't have that size and If I still want the cake I will have to take bigger size and also pay extra. I am mad angry rn with these people. The whole point of ordering a week ago is to make sure you have the cake on time as you wanted it to be. That hospitality was not enough they say if you want refund Imma need to drive all the way down there. Bottom line is they ruined my day.

I have ordered here few times since it’s local when I need something really fast. This past delivery my scali bread was old, rock hard and stale. Have never seen anything like this. Being an italian myself it’s a disgrace you screw up bread. The staff said it was freshly made, but what a scam. Go check out other Italian bakeries and know the difference of true freshness! Plus, I have seen no gloves when they touch your bread. Watch out!. Not acceptable. Very disappointed overall. Would also never order cookies here. They are so dry and old. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Italian bakery where they pride themselves on quality and customer satisfaction. Try Elm St bakery in Everett, Torretta’s bakery in East Boston, Mike’s pastry and Luberto’s pastry shop in Revere, you won’t be disappointed. Will never order again here!

I ordered a black forest cake for my daughter which looked amazing in the pictures on their website. However when the cake arrived, it was a completely different looking cake, the icing was different, there was no chocolate mousse in it as mentioned in website description and the worst of all, it was FROZEN! The icing was ice! After defrosting it, the cake tasted even worst! Never ordering cakes from this bakery!

Delicious, affordable (I bought two cupcakes, a slice of cake, a smal canola, and a pastry for $11.50), parking, and spacious inside. Plenty of seating, also, including a little nook with sunlight and flowers. I will totally be back!
